Your Kantan fails to represent the most important song layer in most sections.

Most of the time, you are using improvisation or following two layers at once. Which leads to misleading rhythms and inaccurate emphasizing of sounds.

I will point out some sections where I think you should pay close attention to the main layer a bit more:

Intro: 00:20:358 ~ 00:41:719

You should use a repeating structure to ease the rhythm by mapping when both vocals and piano plays a strong sound together. (Such as 00:20:358 - 00:21:301 - 00:22:871 - 00:23:814 -)

00:22:871 (4) - 00:27:897 (10) - These are the same sound, yet are "emphasized" in two completely different way.
It would be nice to isolate them.
For instance by deleting 00:22:400 (3) - 00:27:583 (9) -

Mid section: 01:21:929 ~ 01:31:981

Could highlight the piano by focusing on these 01:24:442 - 01:24:756 - 01:25:070 - 01:25:384 -

Here's an example of structure:

Mid section 2: 01:31:981 ~ 01:42:034

You should focus synth more, it'll create natural breaks:

01:33:866 (4) - This hurts the emphasis on synth 01:34:180 (5,6) -
01:35:123 (7) - Same thing AND hurts the 3/1 break by making it less predictable.
01:38:892 (14) - 01:40:777 (19) - Same stuff.
Move 01:41:719 (21) -> 01:41:562 - to stay consistent with 01:37:007 (10,11,12,13) -

You did follow the correct layer but it could use some tweakings:

02:24:128 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - k dk k d kd, for kicks and pitch.
Move 02:28:212 (10) -> 02:28:840 - and make it k + 02:28:526 (11) - d
Delete 02:29:154 (12) - and 02:32:610 (20) - to keep the structure.

Mid section: 01:21:929 ~ 01:31:981 Actually I deesgree with that as i choose to follow the "melody" and i think it is the real 1st think a low level player with hear. + mapping this way will make 01:22:557 (30,31) - and 01:25:070 (1,2) - very inconsistant.
