Also 01:59:613 (119613|0) - is expressing the highest pitch here. How about switching the objects on col1 and col4 for 01:59:613 (119613|0,119613|3,119863|3) - ?

The flow would be clearer as well imo.

initially i only made it for the bass pianos but i think making it also represent the violin through stacks is a great idea to implement, so the mod is applied on a large scale
