Okay, so ive made a cut for the video, starting from 3:56 in the cut. However, the elephant harakiri can still be seen until around 4:10, which idk if it'd be a problem from the GMT's perspective.

Maybe it could be considered fine with the explicit tag, which I probably should add to the beatmap anyways since the lyrics are slightly unsafe sometimes and it is also marked as Explicit in Spotify.
Talking about the elephant, would it be GMT friendly to change the diffname to #ELEPHANTHARAKIRI ? (the tag is in the description of the music video so it should be fine in terms of being related to the content)

02:41:357 (1) - sliderend could be silenced. It could also be a bit longer (for example it could end here 02:42:165).
I feel like muting the slider here would leave the player with no feedback on when the slider ends. About making it longer, I'm not too sure about it cuz I think the 1/1 gap feels alright. It ends the slider on the strong vocal sound and gives the player some space for how the song suddenly stops.

You are not gonna like this, but the timing seems overly complex.
I checked and got the many bpm changes but nothing really that warrants redline spam.
Paste this into a new diff and check it out.
I just pasted your green lines and did nothing else.
- Add the new timing
- Resnap everything on 1/12 (and fix the 1/8 and 1/9 stuff you had before
- Now the greenlines need to be restored to function correctly.
I would select all greenlines and move them a good amount like 15 ms so they behave as the should. Resnapping every single one not a priority here. - Some will have to be manually adjusted (those starting at timing points).
- Last thing would be to fix the sliderends and you would have to add 1.0 greenlines because the previous redlines resetting the SV are gone.
I did this and checked mapset verifier for correct snappings but some of them would surely change anyway

I know from first experience, in my map here https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/2055987#osu/4315230 I had the same feeling. This can happen when it was not lined up in the DAW but played with a metronome.
On this song my first feeling was not many small tempo changes but a few sudden ones

idk i kinda can listen to them to be a bit unsynchronized even over 25% so im not sure about that. Seen your map has some of those too (actually only spotted one at 25% speed but i kinda gotta go eat dinner now so cant fully check).

im still not too sure to simplify that much the red lines cuz I really still feel some objects are a bit late
not the offset but some specific objects, maybe I could re-do the red lining from your simplification ig
im not too sure about that, I found these before dinner and probably could find some more if listened to the whole thing again (at 50%, not even 25)
When listened with hitsounding:
01:36:186 (1) - has a double snare sound when listening at 75%
01:36:647 (3) - same as above
01:39:186 (1) - Can listen a bit the sound coming before the object
01:40:687 (2) - and 03:08:029 (2) - should be earlier
and yea haven't checked the later part yet

also i don't really think its a bad thing to "bandaid" with red lines, since there's quite some maps that already do that, and I've already done it in the past with other songs (one of them even got ranked)
I just feel awkward knowing that some drums which should be like the pillars of the timing actually have +10ms of delay on some sounds

01:36:186 (1) - if you hear double snare that's a ghost note so you should not time to the first sound you hear because that is not the downbeat
01:39:186 (1) - if you listen real well you can hear that is not where the downbeat is, there is sort of a badump going on it is deceiving

I don't think the offsets are wrong cuz I feel like most of the drums actually hit on the snap divisors

its not bpm changes in itself but the inconsistency on the drums on some parts, anyways, it seems like you do know your stuff about timing and overall feels alright so ig i'll make the change then seeing how hard you're pushing this one

You forgot to line up the downbeat in the chorus btw. If you want to fix the offset a little you can just change the bpm to 141 or so like here https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/18825009/e423.
Same here 03:06:756 - you can just adjust the speedup a little faster to it is 5-10 ms earlier on the next timing. I would be careful to change it too hard. It can happen that you fix 1-2 things and 10 other wrong timings appear

The climax is lacking I feel like stuff like this 05:31:697 (2,3,4) - should be like cross screen sliders and just go hard. Feels a little tame rn. Also 05:32:988 (3,4,5) - should go harder for example.

I would say when the vocals do the 1/3 stuff try to follow that more closely and just try to add the guitar where it doesn't interfere with the vocals too much.
