I'd suggest adding kiai time to the map. It's not a necessity since it's just effects, but so far all your other beatmaps do it. You should do it to this one as well

Doesn't really matter that much, but you could shift the preview time to 03:10:277. Would play correctly in-game, and would still play right on the site as well (Similar to FAMoss' set), I think it's nice to have the preview start on the actual percussion instead of midway since it doesn't sound right
