If done right, the ln at 00:01:350 should be in col 3 (for reference: the layout of the lanes is (1|2|3|4)) and the ln at 00:01:623 should be in col 2.

I don't exactly get the purpose of the 1/4 mini lns you added. For example: after removing the 1/4 ln in 00:05:168, I didn't hear anything under it that would need a 1/4 ln, even when using 25% speed in the editor. I'd suggest removing instances of this.

id argue 00:11:168 is strong enough to be a quad. It would also be a nice transition to the next section, using the sv you did well.

From 00:13:350 - col 4 seems to be somewhat blank, I would suggest putting
