I would honestly go through the hitsounds again cuz there are quite a number of 1/4ths that are not hitsounded which makes them feel kinda empty to play with.
Stuff like 00:06:763 (1,2) 01:01:509 (5) - 01:06:594 (1,2,3) - 01:31:001 (2,3) 01:37:950 (6,7,8,9) -
There's a lot more to point out but you should get the idea.
Additionally,
00:58:967 - 02:20:323 - 04:21:001 - Could be bumped to 50%. 40% feels like nothing here.
(Also could you do some additive hitsounds on 02:14:899 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - with kick-kick-snare for the triples or anything, only having whistles is kinda doomge)
Based on the description, I don't understand who exactly did your hitsounds. So I'm just going to assume that you took them from shiino's set, which in that case please add them to tags.
