I think the offset needs a slight modification as the notes sound too early. I suggest changing the offset to 14335 (+7) for all your barlines
the timing for the second half feels fine to me for the 14335 offset, i don't think you really need to change the timing for the second half
also, i don't think it's necessary to have the additional timing points from 02:38:961 - 02:51:957, the metronomes aren't necessary to align the synth notes, and the barlines aren't mapped to the start of the measure, which isn't rankable (as nifty mentioned in #3939987)
