Idk how to say this but those OD and HP are quite bizarre.
I may suggest to set OD to 2/3/4/5/6 or 3/4/5/5.5/6 and HP to 8/7/6/5.5/6 from lower to higher in order.

Offset is too early. Do +10. Also for the very first timing point do extra +1 (offset 513) and "omit first bar line" from style settings to avoid double bar lines.
