DIFFICULTY NAMING

The current naming makes little sense. "Hermit mode" is out of place. While "keksik's Bijuu" works fine (Top diff being able to be whatever and all), "Hermit mode" makes little sense here. I'd rename it to "HD" so it goes something like this:

EZ -> NM -> HD -> keksik's Bijuu

This way, the overall progression will make more sense, till the top difficulty which, again, can be whatever.
