After discussing with Smoke, we both think use "Malcolm in the Middle" for the source field should be way better, it will be consistent with ranked beatmap.

imo that's fine, it's just some typical drunk drummer on some random spots, don't add red lines since it will add complexity to the map's timing for no good reasons playability wise

got asked to check this, current timing seems fine for me as it seems intentionnal by the musician to do stuff like this occuring on 00:11:227 (1,1,1,1) -00:13:610 (1,1,1,1) - 00:15:998 (1,1,1,1) - etc...
it's called a "jitter" btw

this stuff is generally not noticable unless you slow down (and currently playback rate mess up timing)

When drumming is done by real drummers, there are often small timing mistakes. Fixing them would make the map harder to acc for no reason imo. Also the drums are "out of the timing" but not the other instruments, so it would make no sense.

Imo the whole kiai should be 201,500bpm. I timed this long time ago but still sounds somehow "fine" (before ACM stuff happened)

Well before my kiai was 201.5bpm only (like in your mapset) and bossandy didn't agree with this so that's why we are trying to find a solution for my timing x)

Personally i still think my timing is correct, few people agreed with this and explained correctly why, thanks to realy0_ Ezherial and Never4Ever
