Referring to #1204045..
00:13:010 (2,3,4) - Could definitely be much more intuitive as small jumps and as circles instead of sliders.
+00:21:010 (2,3,4)
Solution here would be to map these as jumps of some sort, not large ones but just something you have to move to click so it's more impacting.
00:23:760 (4,5) - I really suggest trying to do something a little more interesting here to fit the change in music. The current straight line pattern you have doesn't suggest any change in the music as to where I feel it'd be appropriate to add a minor difficulty spike here like a small jump or maybe reverse the locations of these two objects highlighted. In my opinion something like https://motori.s-ul.eu/pgUf49Sn would look nice and effective at communicating that this is the insane difficulty.
For the solution I really just suggest adding a jump to go with the music.
[Suggestions]
00:40:010 (5,1) - Rotate this counter clockwise a bit
01:07:260 (5) - Flip this vertically
01:21:510 (3) - Move this further from previous note
[Minor Sugs]
00:58:760 (2,3,4) - Align this up
01:03:010 (2) - Put this slider closer to the previous one
01:10:010 (5) - Put this a bit higher
[Notes]
01:10:510 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1) - Clean this up
01:18:510 (1,2) - You mapped this section as 2 1/2 sliders but you have the earlier part with a less simpler rhythm at 01:02:510 (1,2) which is kind of misleading I think but at the same time it'd be more consistent if you would map 01:18:510 (1,2) as the same rhythm to clear this up.
