Approach Rate +2 or +1

I found some issues but I think they can be good solved if you change the approach rate to 8(or 7). the last part of this map are hard to read with AR 6.
and I think this map plays much better under a higher approach rate. (I have tried to play with AR 9 xD)

00:28:380(1,2,3,4) - this is some epic whistle spamming (at least in my opinion). You should come up with some sort of pattern. (I was playing around with whistles and claps. In the end, I had a whistle at 00:28:380, 00:28:755, 00:28:880, 00:29:380, 00:29:755, and 00:30:005. I had claps at 00:28:630, 00:29:130, 00:29:630, 00:30:130. This is just one of many ways to pattern it; you can come up with your own way if you don't like it)

Fine. I see you used slidertick claps here, but not in Master Rank. I guess it's fine tho cuz even with those claps in Master Rank, there are still intermittent clapping patterns.
Secondly, maybe you could make this level a little harder (i guess it's fine tho), and increase the DR, AR and OD. (something like DR +1, AR +1, OD +1)

  1. The Mp3 details shows this mp3 is 320kbps, make sure that the mp3 is 192~128kbps. Otherwise it's unrankable. Let me know if you need help re-encoding.
  2. The BG is too small try to get a 800x600 or 1024x768 one. If it's impossible even a 640x480 would be ok.
  3. Tags: Remove "pokemon" it's already in the source; "super" seems a bit generic, I'd remove it but it's ok if you want to keep it.
  4. End the map using finish on the last note/repeat/slider end.
  5. I see some nice curves and shapes in this maps, That makes me happy.

  1. 00:09:270 (5,6) - Try to avoid overlapping for this blanket so it looks less messy.
  2. 00:13:395 (3) - This slider is not following the rhythm correctly plus it might be too hard for Normal, Try this instead, It sounds much better and it's easier to hit.
  3. 00:22:395 (1,2,3,1) - As you can see this pattern have inconsistent spacing while the objects have the same spacing in the timeline. This makes this pattern confusing and hard to read, make spacing consistent like this , or try something else.
  4. 00:58:395 - I highly suggest to place a note here, to keep consistency with the other diffs plus it sounds weird if you start the break at the current time.
  5. 00:49:395 (1,2,1) - These notes have the same spacing between them in the timeline, try to fix spacing so spacing is consistent between them in the playground.
  6. 01:18:395 (1,1) - I suggest to use 1/2 sliders instead of those 1/4 repeating sliders, save those 1/4 for Hard or Insane, It might be too much for Normal. Oh and remove that Kiai please it doesn't fit at all.
Hard
  1. 00:46:395 (1,2,1) - This looks really bad, let me give you a suggestion, it's not perfect but you get the idea. Try that or try something else, but you need to get rid of those sliders under each other.
  2. 00:20:395 (1,2,3) - Keep spacing consistent please, Fix spacing between (2) and (3)
  3. Oh again, remove that last Kiai time. It doesn't suit that part.

Remove the D P and PT from your source, leave it as Pokemon and add Diamond Pearl Platinum to tags. (its a cyclone rule) since its in a series

all diffs are fine to me although the slider velocity in Easy and Normal seem a little fast.

I found no issues when I tested it except timing

On Easy Rank.

At 00:24:403: 2 (slider) - Move one grid left or one grid left and one grid up. That's gonna be better if you change this?

-I would get rid of the strobe. It doesn't fit, can lag older computers running OpenGL in fullscreen, is distracting, and the Kiai Time is sufficient for the effect you're going for. You can keep the BPM change notice flashing, though.

01:18:421 (1,2) - I would turn these into two 1/2 stacks spaced a bit from each other. Feels a bit jumpy, so do that. And yes, jumps are allowed on Normal if they aren't stupid.

Only one real problem with this map: Some of the 1/2s touch each other, while other 1/2s don't. It's inconsistent, obvious while playing, can throw newer players off, and just isn't pretty. Just go through and move some of the hit objects around to fix it. Same thing about storyboarded hitsounds BTW

Other than that, good job. ~
