=/ не менял тут ничего.. на мой слух хлопков просто чересчур много будет, не очень звучит

All timing sections that change volume must be put at least 1/4 back. (00:57:626,01:02:426, 01:04:026, 01:05:626 ,01:07:226) [I think I got them all on all diffs. Please recheck.]

Feels like an [Easy], so rename.
00:40:826 (4) - Clap instead of whistle?
01:21:226 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - Pattern doesn't look that good. Change to this?

Hard
00:29:426 (1) - Move 1/2 tick forward to 00:29:626. (Make sure it ends at the same time)
00:42:826 (2) - It's hard to pick out the beat you chose here. (Unlike the previous combo).
Maybe something like this?

You don't really need mega man in the tags as it is in the source
I would say resize background to 800x600 so it's the recommended but it really doesn't make much of a difference

Hi!

Easy:
00:57:626 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - this whole section looks and plays a bit weird.You have 2 times the same rythym of 1,2,3,4 so you could make it look better.For example you could flip vertically (ctr+J) and place 1 where 3 was.Looks nice imo.. When you do that you'll have to fix spacing for coming notes.

01:15:026 (7) - again, just suggestion.You could make the slider so that the end of it is at the place where (2,3,4) were..
