I guess in general, this map doesn't feel like it follows the music. The rhythms are interesting, but they should stay intuitive in the context of the music.
00:47:119 (1,2) - I understand this is just a 1/1 set of beats, but the gap could be placed in a more intuitive place, perhaps with more than just 2 sliders. For example, I thought a slider every 4 beats felt better here than every 5.

01:23:619 (1) - Halve the length of this slider, and double the number of repeats. I'm a bit concerned that this stack is only a 1/2 gap, while the rest of the stacks were 1/1 gaps. Maybe don't stack them?
01:28:952 (1) - Placement of the repeats sounds kinda unnatural.
01:34:786 (3) - The new combo feels more suited for this note.
01:38:786 (1,1,2,3) - Weird beat pattern, doesn't seem to follow much in the music.
01:52:452 - As this kiai section also changes audio, put a section just before this note for the audio, in case the player hits the note early, while keeping the kiai section in place.
02:09:952 (3,4,5,6,7) - On the offbeats sounds kinda random and weird.

Whoa, that's a lot of huge slowdowns. Might be excessive, in my opinion. Also, the timing sections aren't aligned properly; if you remove all but the first one, you'll get a ton of object-not-snapped errors, which means that the red timing sections aren't falling perfectly on the ticks, but 5-10ms ahead/behind, or something. Remove the timing sections, resnap all notes, and re-insert them. Make sure you add in all the normal-BPM sections before you add the low-BPM sections.
I thought this diff might be cool with the largest hitcircles, although it would raise the diff. to 5.00 (lolwhat) and lower the score to 7.4m.
01:34:947 (1,2,3) - Moving this a grid left makes both the triangle before and after the slider look neater.
02:05:278 (1) - This 1/2 BPM doesn't really fit, imo.

(you come back to the center in the first pattern not because there's really a musical reason to, but rather because your slider finished and you need to put a beat somewhere) Later on, this puts all your slider heads on red ticks and slider tails on white, which feels kinda awkward while playing.
02:25:452 (3) - New combo should be here, not 2 notes before.
02:28:119 (9) - New combo here, not the note after. (align the new combos with the long white ticks on the timeline, pretty much) It doesn't make musical sense here to start a combo on a red tick. In general, you should take a look through combos in the entire map.
03:00:119 (1) - Since you've followed the lead vocals the entire map, it doesn't make much sense to follow the background here, in my opinion. Keep doing what you've been doing, at least until 03:23:286 (1).
Score is a concern for this diff, since it's not really harder than the other guest insanes. I'd say consider cutting the beatmap off at the same place they do.
