-Oops, 256 kbps is unrankable, make it 192 kbps
-"Ano_Natsu_de_Matteru_ED_TV_Size.osb", deletes this file then full submits
-Set lead-in (Song Setup -> Audio -> Lead-in) at least 500 for all diff.
-Consider adding “ending” in the Tags.
-Add a green line at 01:44:142 to stop your kiai time
-Instead of (Short Ver.), maybe use (TV Size)

-Keep the speed constant, so it won’t be too hard for beginners

Apparently this is encoded with a variable bitrate, which may have sections over the bitrate of the rank criteria. From what I heard, this is rankable, or I will ask BAT/MAT for confirmation on this

For kiai time, I suggest either remove all whistles, or place them
01:14:829 (1) - this object is too close in time after the spinner. Perhaps end it at 01:14:371

its's tv size, not short ver.
well it was Short Ver. when we started...
It also make sense to be Short Ver since the beginning has vocal, while the tv size doesn't.
and... it is longer than TV size...so...
