Taiko M4M~

  • [Futsuu]
  1. 01:03:640 (86) - Change this to don so that you have a consistent don rhythm with 01:02:549 (84) - and 01:04:731 (88) - ?

  2. 01:06:095 (90) - This pattern here is weird imo, I suggest moving this kat to 01:06:368 -, the structure of the note spreads out better and is overall better sounding

  3. 01:19:868 (119) - Move this to 01:19:731 -, it lands on the beat more accurately

  • [The World]
  1. 00:40:459 (143,144,145) - Change these 3 notes to d k d, it flows along with the music better

  2. 00:41:822 (149) - If you followed my suggestion above ^, then change this to don so that it's consistent with the change to don you applied at 00:40:731 (145) -

  3. 00:56:959 (235,236,237,238,239,240) - The transition between the vocal-styled mapping and the drum-styled mapping changes too quickly here. I suggest leaving a few gaps between the shift in focus between the vocals and the drums of the music so that the transition is more smooth. Like this :
    Suggestions
    00:56:959 - Delete

    Move 00:57:504 - to 00:57:777 -

  4. 01:02:140 - This note is unnecessary since you're mapping to the vocals here and it messes with the flow of the note structure. I suggest removing it

That's all from me. Kantan and Muzukashii are fine.
Good luck with the map!

Hi, from my mod queue.

d = don, red note
k = kat, blue note
D = don finisher, big red note
K = kat finisher, big blue note

mod
General
Widescreen support is toggled on, you need to toggle it off. Check the Design tab of song setup.

Also, your higher diff names may not be allowed. You're probably better off changing them from:
Star Platinum --> Muzukashii.
The World --> Oni.

The lower diffs could use higher HP drain rates, the song is short and with the current drain rates you can pass with low accuracy and lots of misses (see the other box for an example).

It'd probably be a good idea to start the diffs at the same place, having that long spinner in two diffs isn't really necessary.

Slider feels weird in the diffs imo (read Kantan section).

Seems like a bit of a jump to go from 0 1/4 in Star Platinum to dkd, kkd at 220 bpm in The World.

Kantan
Finishers feel a bit overused.
I thought most of this diff was nice tbh.

01:20:686 (72) - Firstly, the gap between this slider and the preceding note is very small for a Kantan diff. Even if it is 1/2, the song is 220 bpm, which might be disconcerting to newer players as the rest of the map had minimum 1/1 gaps.
Secondly, your average Kantan player won't be streaming 55 notes at 220 bpm lol.
Just for all the diffs in general, there isn't much of a drumroll here so I don't know if this slider is exactly fitting, but you should probably get another opinion on that for the higher diffs. I definitely think this isn't fit for a Kantan. A spinner might work, but it would be quite long.
01:26:004 - You could probably add a note here.

Futsuu
00:16:459 - Seeing as you're mapping to the drums in this opening bit, a k could go here.
00:17:004 - ^
01:16:049 (109) - This definitely sounds offbeat to me. 01:15:913 is where the drum sound is.
01:17:140 (112) - ^ but at 01:17:004.
01:18:231 (115) - ^ but at 01:18:095.
01:20:686 (121) - Slider again, same as Kantan point.

Star Platinum
00:11:277 (1) - As per the general section, I don't think that starting the song at different points on each diff makes sense.
Apart from this I thought the diff was nice (bar slider).

The World
00:11:277 (1) - ^ Same as Star Platinum point.
00:15:777 (9) - No audible drum beat here. Its good for variation so you don't play ddkdkdk 3 times, but it doesn't feel fitting to me.
00:16:868 (16) - ^
00:27:095 (69) - This could be K?
00:28:595 (78) - No audible drum beat here. Don't see a reason for k.
00:30:845 (92) - ^
00:47:209 (174) - Change to d?
(slider again)

Hope it helps :D

HP drain example
Shouldn't be able to pass with a ~20% play only hitting 30% of the notes.

Kantan & Futsuu: I don't think you need to use SV multipliers on inheriting points. Just lower your SV from Timing panel. Not sure this matters or not, tho.

[Kantan]
00:22:459 - k 00:22:731 - d, this is a really distinctive part of the melody and shouldn't be left out
00:24:913 - add k
00:39:095 - add k
that's it i think, the rest seems good

[Futsuu]
00:22:731 - add k
00:30:231 (31) - move to 00:30:368 -
00:30:913 - maybe add k
rest seems fine, nice map

[Muzukashii]
seems good

[Oni]
seems good too lol

The mapset is kept rather simple and easy, so there isn't much to point out, i think you could still add an inner with more complex 1/4 patterns tbh but idk.
GL ranking, you could probably submit it to TNA next week ;)

:) Hello from my Queue :)

In the following I will show you what I would change and why.

General

  1. HP and OD 2 in your Kantan... may a little too low. Thats all.

Kantan

Futsuu

  1. 00:25:459 (22,23) – Ctrl + G // Better support for the two notes before and after this

  2. 00:51:504 (66) – Move to 00:51:640 // Sure you want to support the Vocal here, but i think sticking to the rythm here in your Futsuu would be better

Muzukashii

  1. 00:41:549 (118) – Change to K // Section of the Song starting at (115) sounds like 2-2-2

Oni

  1. 00:32:209 (100) – Move to 00:32:277 // it's really weird to play, following the rythm all the time then that one note surprises you.

  2. 00:32:549 (102) – Change to D // sounds good if ^ is done

  3. 00:36:572 (122) – Move to 00:36:640 // it would be a really nice support for the song if you place it here instead of supporting vocal

I like the usage of 1/3 Notes for supporting the vocals but i think these singlestanding ¼ doesn't suit right,if you definitly want to support the vocal there, then try to support the vocals with 1/3 and not with ¼ that would be fine too
Example 00:32:004 – 00:32:549 DKDK 1/3 hear for yourself

Thats all what I can find, it's not much
I think this map in total is fine
:) I hope this was helpfull in any way. For Questions feel free to ask and leave a comment :)
