hmm..generally speaking,this map's arragement is neat,which is I liked.but you should add more whistle to follow the music,your whistles are too shin.about the playing time,I think 2min is enough...cuz the map isn't very hard and the song is so slow,many players may get bored if they play 3 mins

Change your diff names to Normal and Hard, it's hard to tell which would be the harder diff according to your current diff names
Cut your song to a suitable length. it won't be rankable if the last note of a map is before the 80% length point of the song.
I agree with No_Gu that you don't need to map till the end of this original song, the current length is appropriate. if you need to, I could help you deal with the mp3 file

  2. do you intend mapped the song untill the end? if not, maybe you can cut the song end at 02:00:640 - sorry i don't know how to cut an mp3

  4. regarding to the new rule about naming a diff, you can read here: t/169960/start=0 I sugest you to change the diff name into [Easy] and [Normal] OR [Normal] and [Hard], my personal opinion is Normal and Hard that's the best based on your map now
  5. raise all volume 10%
  6. i sugest you to use Normal Sampleset on both of kiai time to give more impact, rather than use Soft Sample set on kiai time and add green inherited point here 01:37:125 - to add Soft Sampleset, for detail you can see this pict:

I am really sorry but I wasn't able to find anything! Your map is really good IMO and I went on every diff 2-3 times and the flow and everything was really good, however I am able to give you a minor suggestion, but I am not sure you'll accept this ^^

[Normal]
01:41:615 (2) - Instead of a circle, make it a slider that will extend until 01:42:347
01:58:810 (2) - Instead of a slider, try using 2 circles

^ Those both are after I played the map and I feel like those will make it feel better.

[General]

Use 星空のメモリア-Wish upon a shooting star- as a source (without capitalizing "u" and both "s") and add Hoshizora no Memoria to the tags. Just so you know that we are now using original name and put phonetic to the tags.
Get 192kbps mp3 if possible.

Just a little suggestion. Make hitsounds for sliderticks, it would fit really well, because you have a lot sliderticks on time where the hitsounds should be, so it would be really efficient.
Also I don't quite understand what some tags mean, but if they mean something important, keep them. Exactly I mean "Lookout", if it means only place that is on background, it should be removed, because background has nothing to do with beatmap itself.
Inconsistent tags. Remove "background" in Normal and put "soundtrack" instead.
I would use 2000ms AudioLeadIn, currently the map starts quite quickly. (If you open .osu file in notepad, rewrite AudioLeadIn: 1000 to AudioLeadIn: 2000)
It's not unrankable, just a joke, but I beg you pretty much, ask a BAT to change Title and Artist color on blue to fit the storyboard. He will surely do it for you, it is work for one minute, just ask him, no need to fear, it will just improve your map :) This will give your storyboard even better efficiency.

[Easy]

CS -1 to make a gap between easy and normal.
00:16:737 (5) - Rotate by 40° and move on 156;252 to make natural flow with previous and next slider.
00:24:054 (1) - Move on 337;78 to make a perfect blanket.
00:49:664 (3) - I think one-redpoint sliders are not good for this map. There is no song that proves any reason to for changes, so I personally think you should use normal slider as always or add one white point into this one, else similar like 00:59:908 (1) or a basic one white point slider.
01:31:371 (1,2) - I think that this should be better visually by just making the first slider more rounded like this. 00:10:883 - Remove whistle. You've done it same before and pitch on this note is lower than where you usually add a whistle.
01:47:469 - ^, also on Normal there's no whistle so make it the same
01:54:054 (4) - ^, this whistle totally doesn't fit, you don't use whistles on such a low pitch.


[Normal]

AR -1 for two reasons. It is too high for a normal diff, especially with such low BPM. And second - It makes gap between normal and easy diff consistent. As you see, everything increases by 2 (apart from CS which should be -1 on Easy)
00:03:932 (5) - Add a new combo here, because in whole map you are forcing NCs to be on downbeat (or next note after downbeat if a slider ends on downbeat) and you've done pretty the same thing here: 00:12:347 (1,2,3,1). You can hear that 00:12:347 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4) = 00:00:640 (1,2,3,4,5,6), but 00:03:932 (5) misses NC while 00:15:640 (1) has NC.
00:29:908 (1) - As I mentioned in Easy diff. This slider is too rare and I think there's no reason to break this consistency, when it is not in the song, so just make normal slider or something like this.
00:48:566 (2) - ^. No change in music - no reason for changes in the map. Just follow music how it is, not how you imagine it to be.
01:05:030 (3) - ^ try maybe something like this, again, no reason for sudden slider of this type, just choose clear shapes when the music doesn't call for another ones.
I see you can be creative and you can use clear shapes like 01:14:908 (2), so use them even on places I mentioned above.
01:51:127 - Whistle is missing I guess. This is place where you usually place them.

This beatmap is pretty nice. From postcount and count of pending maps I was thinking of getting not so good map, but this one has really good quality. It doesn't need any critical changes that BATs wouldn't mention in their mods, so just find a BAT and get a rank, you don't need to get more mods. Too much when it's not needed can be even bad sometimes. I also checked .osb, seems to be flawless sooo yup, you're map is in my opinion ready.
