it definitely felt too late the offset

I would decrease the offset by -11 ms

Easiest would just be to mark every section and move all of them

The timing goes beyond what osu! is capable of there. It starts with a triplet, then a quadruplet, then a quintuplet. osu! can handle the first two, but the last, we need to manipulate the BPM, and I'd rather not do that. Nobody is going to be able to play these in time and you be able to communicate these exact rhythms readably.

This is a quintuplet.


This means that 5 notes will be contained within one beat of the music. I recommend you don't try to map this exactly. Just use a slider or a spinner to map over it.
