Only if you've done that, try the fallowing fixes:

1:30:116 - This slider till 1:31:160 and then add a circle at 1:31:682
1:47:341 - Definitly a sound there, add a circle.
2:06:131 - Nice ending :)

Hard:
If the slider velocity is about twice as in easy, 2 tick rate would do better. Set 2tr?
example: 0:42:617, 0:43:400 - a TICK to be at these points.

btw.. Isnt' it okay to have 1/4 holding slider? I know 1/4 is still fast.. but bpm is 115, and it's the holding slider..hmm.

All your colors are way too similar.
Considering how there are plenty instruments going twice as fast as the BPM tick rate on all difficulties should be 2.
I can barely hear slider ticks in certain sections on your difficulties consider getting a louder version of the tickrate sound for those sections? or increase the volume just for sliderticks?

[Insane]
The double BPM sections are too much, maybe you should try 1.7 or 1.8 instead, or in the worst case scenario 1.5 like the other speed up sections.

The audio lead in is only necessary in your Insane diff, put them at 0 for the other difficulties

Insane:

I agree with sakura hana, 2x section is too much and way too unexpected. Try 1.30x then 1.60x instead.
Also, i really frown upon your silent hitsounds. Just look at your hard, it sounds 100% much better imo.

01:08:647 (7,8) - I recommend you to turn off grid snap, and properly space them

Hard:

01:14:778 - Consider adding a circle here, or extending your repeat slider to here.

Normal:

and I kinda want to keep my x2 things. I guess It's okay since it's 1.0=>1.5=>2.0 not 1.0=>2.0.

fitting to music - I guess I know more about this music though.. well, depends on, but I'll keep Mine :D

- Song Folder: normal-hitclap.wav and normal-hitclap2.wav are exactly the same... delete one?
- In Insane, I thought some hitsounds were silenced as well! It's because of the normal-hitnormal.wav. Maybe you can change it to hitwhistle instead?
- Insane and 31's Taiko are the only diffs. with audio lead-in. Can you make it consistent throughout the diffs?

If you were to have read past mod posts, you would have noticed that they were asked to be removed because they are not necessary at all all thanks to the mapper that decided to make them inconsistent and decided to map earlier in insane. Lol, im so meanie ;D

00:43:082 (3) - kill the silent end on this slider, by having this end it helps to create a flow in the beat and improves the feels of the pattern

01:08:126 - again by adding a note here you increase the playability of this pattern by a huge amount, as it is the spacing and shape make it feel like the (5,6,7) are a white tick pattern rather than a red tick pattern, but by adding a note here it becomes a lot more better to play
(suggestion) 01:12:300 (1,2,1,2,3,4,5) - it acceptable but this part dont really have a good flow, its like the pattern can't choose if it wants to follow the lead or the rhythm

i have to agree with the other mods over the slider speeds, but you seem to want to keep them, so nothing i can do over that xD

00:14:908 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - ok i have to say this combo plays really bad, the main problems is the placement of (5) it just felt odd and i think you could do a much better placement for it, then the break to (6) also felt too long, for the map everytime i played i wanted to start the stream on 00:16:213 so i advise to add a note there
00:33:952 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - i understand the reason behind this pattern and its a good idea, what i will say though is the first set of streams "loud note ones" needs abit less spacing, make the notes overlap abit, it gives it the same feel as the lead instrument then with fast but stiff movement, atm it feels too rash and spaced
01:02:908 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - this played truely bad, the pattern of 2 note stacks makes the player want to do a (1/4 1/4 1/2) rhythm but yet its a (1/4 1/4 1/4) at least make this like a normal stream because atm it does play really bad :/

Huh is it just me or is this the only diff that uses that almost silent normal-hitnormal ?
Also, I don't think that hitnormal is a good idea. It blends too much with the music in some parts - almost as if it's silent.
00:21:169 -> 00:24:691 - I like the idea of the shifting slider speeds, but maybe the shift is way too fast? Perhaps you can lessen 1.5x to 1.2 and 2.00x to 1.4x? This applies to all slider speed shifts.

I'm not also liking the 1/4 stream spacing changes. (Example: 01:16:473 is spaced farther than 01:10:734 when they're both the same volume)

Also a lot of your long 1/4th streams are slightly unevenly spaced. (im a nazi like that)
