00:42:928 - I personally don't like this kind of stair in that part. It does not fit song's melody well and it might be too technical for low 3 star map because of minijack at rightmost. I would prefer four 4-note rolls whose direction follow melody. (4-note rolls are commonly found in low level beatmania IIDX charts, which is generally good reference)
