Heyo, congrats on finishing the full Album! That's a lot of work!
Overall I really enjoyed playing the map and I figured it would be worth mentioning some things, considering I actually think the mapping itself is pretty good, so any improvements would only make this even greater!
There are a couple songs in the album that are definitely not quite at the right offset, its fairly noticeable when playing the full marathon, because the offset changes slightly, and feels weird. (I promise its not just in my head)
Rhythm choice could probably change in a couple sections if you chose to remap parts, but as it stands now its more than acceptable!
The effort you put into this is very obvious, and it shows that you cared when making this. I will continue to enjoy this map, and I look forward to what you create in the future too!
02:09:827 (1,2,3) - This "explosion" of movement after the audio cuts is really satisfying.
02:02:442 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - This is good, I like the first pattern followed by a slight change to that pattern that makes it look similar but play differently.
04:11:211 - for this kiai I would suggest you make the distance between the end of the sliders and the next clickable object larger. The snappieness of the kiai has already been introduced and you still keep some spaced stream flow aim in this kiai, so I would just use slider leniency to emphasize the climax.
04:11:904 (3,1) - This is an example of the rhyhtm I am talking about. Honestly I would distance snap 04:12:134 (1) - this at least 3x if not more. This is the second and final kiai and forcing people to aim harder with larger spacing after sliders would differentiate it more from the previous kiai.
04:56:442 - In these last two kiaied areas of the last kiai SECTION I would really go farther with intensity. Just comparing the last portion to the section that comes right before it (04:41:673 - ) they sound similar but the final bit has some extra volume and background noise. (almost like everything has a little bit more reverb or something? idk how this was produced, I dont study music production).
As for how you want to apply more intensity is up to you honestly, increased slider velocity, increased spacing, both, or even pattern changes. Its up to you, but I suggest that you do something a little extra with this ending
01:46:288 (1,2,3) - This is a little bit of what I am talking about, and I approve of this specific pattern to introduce the kiai concepts. Idk if you want more or less introduction, it is up to you.
01:32:211 (4,1) - is another example of a place you can do this kind of pattern, but whatever you do I suggest you keep the general feel of it the same across the map.
Yeah I don't think it's too reasonable, I think stuff like this needs to be judged on a case by case basis though. I don't think there is a way to enforce this kind of stuff on anything but the biggest offenders. I think it was reasonably within yaspo's right to veto for the mentee difficulties, but now that they are removed I feel it's alright as it is now.
