oki, it would be nice to juxtapose the wall of chords representing the organs and vocals so delayering this buildup a little is a good idea

u are kinda right but i kind of underlayer these snare sounds intentionally and make them denser each chorus to give the file a small progression of difficulty so i'll probably keep it as it is

it wouldnt rly make sense with the layering the section bc i use doubles to represent vocal syllables and triples to represent the kicks, the singles are kinda to lightly dump the extended syllables to fit the vocals better
