Honestly think this patterning is more difficult than your inner oni for the same section.
There is more variety on the ending notes than inner oni and the note rests break up the natural flow that helps play the offbeat rhythm.
A more mono pattern here without the rest notes may help the flow.

Thank you for this one. I usually get lazy comparing sections on volume and 70% is just my standard I don't think it's too loud or quiet.
Usually I lower the volume when adding finishers so they're not that much louder.
This is good to help contrast the sounds in the song overall. Have adjusted some of the values but added the contrast in all diffs.
Think the idea was to avoid a long 1/1 pattern into the next section.
A 7 1/1 pattern is now 10 and it would be nice to add the at least 3/2 break which would land the rhythm more along the bells.
However, this off beat rhythm is probably not the wisest choice for a kantan and following the stronger vocals is a better choice.
