I'd say 240 BPM on this one, and push offset 9 ms earlier.
There's one notable thing going on here rhytmically, with melody being on swing beat (1/3 divisor) but drums (notably - kickdrum) being snapped on regular beat (1/2), could be an issue timing/hitsounding that cleanly at a few points.
The reason your hitsound layer gets this messy is most likely because you're trying to use several different hitclaps at the same time (and osu! doesn't allow it so hitsound studio ends up mixing 8 different variants and spams greenlines). Try moving kickdrum layer from normal-hitclap to drum-hitnormal and it should get cleaner.
