It seems you are still a newer mapper but first of all,good job for mapping a simple "anime" map insane diff,it makes things easier to learn.
With that being said,the main issue of your beatmap is your rhythm choice:
You dont consistently follow the same player
for example 00:31:356 (6,7,8) - (6) follows the vocal just fine, but you skip the sound you followed earlier right after 00:32:034 - here it should be a 1/1 slider just like earlier

You skip very important sounds like downbeats 00:33:898 (4) - the downbeat(white tick) is mapped passively on a sliderend which feels off.

general rule of the thumb for sliders is starting the sliderhead on a strong sound and finishing it on an equal or weaker sound
00:15:254 (8,9) - the strong vocals are passively mapped yet again
00:55:593 (3) - same. etc
You often want to start a new combo on a downbeat and properly emphasize it, here
00:35:254 (1,2,3,4) - not only you didnt use a new combo for the downbeat on (2) . its not emphasized and blends with the other notes.
same thing here 00:50:170 (4,5) -
Sidenote: once you have coherent rhythms and combos,you also want to keep em consistent within the map when the song repeats itself:
00:23:220 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - you use 1-2s here. it technically works
00:27:288 (1,2,3,4) - technically works too.
00:36:780 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - is inconsistent with the previous rhythms you establiched,stick to the previous ones
00:30:000 (1,2,3,4,5) - same thing
In summary try fixing the rhythms of this map by not skipping strong sound on slidertails and try using the same rhythms for the same layers. If you happen to have any question about rhtyhms you can poke me anywhere.
Forgot to mention,the rhythms are based on a main layer(in general the melody of the song or the vocals) where the strong sounds are mapped actively while the weaker ones are mapped passively

However the "stealing" accusation is an overstatement.
I used the original map as a template,but couldnt be bothered to make more changes. My laziness is real however I made actual changes
different circle size/base sv;better timing;different rhythms;higher difficulty(density)
The original map didnt suit my needs so I took the liberty to edit it(and the ryhthms/timing are off)...
