Make an exception for osu! in your firewall and try again.

If that doesn't work, try running the old installer, which you can download here:
https://m1.ppy.sh/release/osu!install.exe

What OS are you using? can you provide a copy of your update.log?

You can also try these local fixes.

Restart Computer, Router & Modem.

Release and Renew IPConfig, and Flush DNS.

i have windows 7 64-bit
update.log? i not understand
and i not understand IPConfig, and Flush DNS

Google how to do those steps if you do not know how.

osu! should generate a update.log file in your osu! install location. Post the contents of the log (or just the errors if it's too long) here.

I not have file update.log
and it's not help Restart Computer, Router & Modem.

Release and Renew IPConfig, and Flush DNS.

Right click and run the game/updater as Administrator.

If that doesn't work then disable your anti-virus, Windows Firewall and try again as Administrator.





Leave the window open for awhile and see if it ticks over.
