00:03:184 (17) - Finisher Applied.

00:27:266 (247,249) - Ctrl + G Switched.
00:28:756 (266) - d Applied.
00:32:914 (319) - d Applied.
00:40:837 - From here, what is follow? I listen follow the vocal and guitar. I suggest follow the guitar and battery only. Declined because guitar and drums has only one rythm and that's why i chose to follow vocals & drums.
00:59:977 - I suggest remove sv's or set to 1.10 Applied.
01:44:847 - ^ Applied.
02:10:419 (1510,1511,1512,1513) - I don't listen for put this in 1/6. I suggest remove this 02:10:472 (1511,1512) - no have a sound. Actually i spotted a 1/8 sound at the end of the stream, so i changed it as 1/8 but you are right, it's not 1/6.
02:18:426 (1567,1568,1569) - dkd Applied.
02:22:980 (1604,1608) - d (ddd) Applied.

Jason X
Hi,
from ingame chat

SPOILER
23:10 frukoyurdakul: hi
23:10 frukoyurdakul: are u available rn?
23:11 Jason X: kinda, just need to check 3-4 points on my map wich will take maybe 5mins
23:12 frukoyurdakul: ok i can wait :')
23:28 Jason X: done, now i'm aviable
23:28 frukoyurdakul: okay
23:28 *frukoyurdakul is listening to [https://osu.ppy.sh/b/1130079 Amon Amarth - Twilight of the Thunder God]
23:28 frukoyurdakul: which diffs will you mod?
23:29 Jason X: the easy ones i guess
23:29 frukoyurdakul: okay, let's start with kantan then
23:29 Jason X: don't even know the last time i modded taiko
23:30 frukoyurdakul: a little rusty then eh? :')
23:30 frukoyurdakul: dw modding kantan is easy i believe (i can't do it so i can say that lol)
23:33 Jason X: sv: 1,40 i think all diffs need to have 1,40 exept they are pretty slow bpm
23:33 frukoyurdakul: well
23:33 Jason X: still easy enough on the last kiai with the sv change
23:33 frukoyurdakul: most of the mappers prefer 1.20 on kantan and futsuu
23:34 frukoyurdakul: wait last kiai has a sv change?
23:34 frukoyurdakul: ok deleted
23:34 Jason X: y
23:34 frukoyurdakul: the whole map has it lol
23:34 Jason X: lol
23:35 frukoyurdakul: deleted all, except 0.99 and 1.01
23:35 Jason X: ok, begining note suggestions here i like the 0,99 and 1,01 sv :3
23:35 frukoyurdakul: lol
23:36 frukoyurdakul: they are intentional :)
23:36 Jason X: 01:06:887 - d kiai time makes bonus points, and there is enough room between these notes 01:05:945 (71,72) -
23:36 frukoyurdakul: it equals the speeds of notes
23:37 frukoyurdakul: ok added
23:37 Jason X: i accidently deleted the blue behind, lol
23:38 Jason X: 01:18:184 - k
23:38 Jason X: enough room and not verry hard with the finisher behind
23:38 frukoyurdakul: hmm
23:38 frukoyurdakul: that's good to
23:38 frukoyurdakul: too0
23:38 frukoyurdakul: too*
23:40 Jason X: 01:28:226 - k 01:34:502 - d thats kinda the same you made here 01:38:268 (118,119) - 01:40:778 (122,123) -
23:41 frukoyurdakul: fair enough
23:43 Jason X: 01:52:075 - kiai time makes bonus points,... no, i'm not going to repeat that, lol also enough room
23:43 Jason X: ( d )
23:44 frukoyurdakul: done
23:44 Jason X: btw, you did the same here 02:02:117 (156,157) -
23:44 Jason X: xD
23:44 frukoyurdakul: lol
23:44 frukoyurdakul: i probably wanted to create some difference between those two kiai times
23:45 Jason X: difference is good on higher diffs, but beginners have it hard enough to pass a song i guess
23:46 frukoyurdakul: so you mean i should nerf these diffs more?
23:46 Jason X: just stay consistent (<- may not an english word, not sure tbh) on the lower diffs
23:46 Jason X: nooooo
23:46 frukoyurdakul: ooh ok
23:46 frukoyurdakul: yea i tried to but
23:46 frukoyurdakul: there are literally a few notes, which are hard to keep various
23:47 frukoyurdakul: i mean, i tried to map some part differently intentionally, because the players will get bored if they'll play the same notes, same patterns over and over again
23:47 Jason X: i often use k d in alternate in the kiais, so first kiai starts with d and the other one with k (thats often in tnt) but note that some bg sounds can not changed with a note
23:48 frukoyurdakul: it's like that in this song, the kiai parts are exactly the same in music
23:48 Jason X: i never got bored as beginner, my issue was more that i didn't pass anything because it changed (Ono's diffs)
23:48 Jason X: not for long now >:3
23:49 frukoyurdakul: hmm
23:49 frukoyurdakul: seems reasonable
23:49 frukoyurdakul: ok i try to make the diffs more consistent
23:49 frukoyurdakul: any other suggestions on kantan?
23:51 Jason X: to make it more various (just a suggestion) you could do: 01:57:410 (149) - k 01:58:351 (150,151,152) - d d d 01:59:920 (153,154,155) - k d K 02:02:117 (156,157) - k d 02:03:686 (158,159) - K D
23:52 frukoyurdakul: um
23:52 frukoyurdakul: these don't fit
23:53 frukoyurdakul: k d K is okay
23:53 Jason X: it's just a suggestion to make it more various, it may not fit to the sound
23:53 frukoyurdakul: but the others don't fit imo
23:54 Jason X: the fit also depends on the skin (hitsounds) a user uses for me: no hitsounds while playing and default while mapping
23:54 frukoyurdakul: i believe it's the player's problem
23:54 frukoyurdakul: because im not using custom hitsounds on this mapset
23:54 frukoyurdakul: idk if players use or not
23:56 Jason X: need to help my mate quick, brb
23:56 frukoyurdakul: okay
00:04 Jason X: and i'm back
00:07 frukoyurdakul: welcome :')
00:07 frukoyurdakul: 1.8* kantan :(
00:08 Jason X: 03:33:442 (283,284) - d d?
00:08 frukoyurdakul: hmm
00:08 Jason X: last time i tried to lower my sr i deleted notes and the sr goes up ._.
00:09 frukoyurdakul: instead
00:09 frukoyurdakul: how about adding a 03:32:187 - k here?
00:09 frukoyurdakul: and
00:09 frukoyurdakul: 03:32:814 (282,284) -
00:09 frukoyurdakul: make those two to d?
00:09 frukoyurdakul: would be too hard?
00:11 Jason X: sounds good too, but i'm afraid of giving the player no real chance to rest cause it goes like every secend 1/1 tick since 03:26:538 -
00:11 Jason X: it's not many, but for kantan
00:12 frukoyurdakul: yeah, seems reasonable
00:12 frukoyurdakul: 03:32:814 (282,284) - d d?
00:12 Jason X: 03:28:421 - may delete this one?
00:12 Jason X: the d d (03:32:814 (281,283) - ) is good
00:12 frukoyurdakul: that part is the solo part, it should be harder compared to other parts
00:12 frukoyurdakul: and it's not much for kantan imo
00:14 Jason X: if you think so, ok
00:14 Jason X: 03:40:032 - k
00:14 Jason X: or d
00:15 Jason X: 03:50:074 - add note k/d
00:15 frukoyurdakul: d would be better
00:15 frukoyurdakul: and k for the second one
00:16 Jason X: 03:52:584 - then d for this one i guess?
00:16 frukoyurdakul: yeap
00:16 Jason X: 03:53:839 - and k again
00:16 frukoyurdakul: i added notes and star rate just fell down lol
00:17 Jason X: like i sayed, i removed notes to lower sr and the sr goes up
00:17 Jason X: taiko sr is just weird on low diffs xD
00:17 frukoyurdakul: lol
00:18 Jason X: thats all for kantan
00:19 frukoyurdakul: good, when you check futsuu?
00:19 Jason X: now?
00:19 Jason X: one started workingin the editor only getting tired can stop me
00:19 Jason X: once*
00:19 frukoyurdakul: go ahead then :D
00:21 Jason X: 00:23:268 - i would keep it ddd for the beginning to save the players stamina for the later parts
00:22 frukoyurdakul: but the k sound is representing the high-pitch guitar sound + snare sound
00:24 Jason X: 00:32:211 (77) - move this one to 00:32:368 - doubles also in 1/2 increases the sr, also theres a "clap" sound
00:24 Jason X: general, all mods are suggestions and not advices, so you don't need to agree with my points
00:24 frukoyurdakul: this is good
00:26 Jason X: btw, do you changed sv here too? (last kiai time) shouldn't be that big problem for futsuu
00:26 frukoyurdakul: also changed
00:26 frukoyurdakul: removed SV's
00:28 Jason X: 00:37:232 (90) - move this one to 00:37:389 - with the notes behind it's easyier to play and also theres a "clap" sound, you can keep the first double (kk)
00:29 frukoyurdakul: done
00:29 frukoyurdakul: 89 is unchanged tho
00:30 Jason X: wondered why it feels weird in the next moment, noticed you placed them on the red lines, lol
00:31 Jason X: 00:43:038 (107,108) - ctrl + g makes the double easier
00:31 frukoyurdakul: brb in 1 min
00:31 Jason X: ok, i just keep writing
00:31 Jason X: or just go to drink something
00:33 frukoyurdakul: im back
00:35 Jason X: ok
00:35 frukoyurdakul: done the last suggestion
00:37 Jason X: 00:52:452 (131,132) - ctrl + g the k(00:52:452 - ) have the same sound like 00:51:353 (128,129,130) - and the d(00:52:766 - ) uses the same sound like the next note
00:38 frukoyurdakul: hmm
00:38 frukoyurdakul: i need some various patterns tho
00:38 Jason X: somehow i want to put a note right here 00:54:648 - (d)
00:39 Jason X: 00:55:276 (141,143) - ctrl + g k k uses the same sound then
00:39 frukoyurdakul: i kinda followed the vocals here but
00:39 frukoyurdakul: adding d makes sense
00:40 frukoyurdakul: ctrl + g also applied
00:41 Jason X: 00:59:669 - d same sound like the note before and in this little section aren't that many notes, so a double would be easy to play there
00:43 frukoyurdakul: okay
00:43 frukoyurdakul: sounds nice
00:44 Jason X: 01:03:121 (163,164) - D D ? not sure, does it fit?
00:45 frukoyurdakul: K K is better, since i used K K on other diffs too + 01:03:749 (165) - same sounds
00:45 Jason X: 01:10:025 (183,184) - this two should be D D cause they have other sounds in the music than the K's
00:46 Jason X: 01:18:184 - d theres is a sound, i'm to lazy to explain /me runs
00:47 frukoyurdakul: not really
00:47 frukoyurdakul: K K is better
00:47 frukoyurdakul: adding d is applide
00:47 frukoyurdakul: applied*
00:48 Jason X: 01:29:795 - d fits better with the doubles before and the sound is there
00:48 frukoyurdakul: 3 doublets in a row is far too much i think
00:49 Jason X: not really
00:49 frukoyurdakul: well
00:49 frukoyurdakul: 01:29:952 (238) -
00:49 frukoyurdakul: i added d but changed this to k
00:49 Jason X: the notes before arent that hard and there is space to relax after that
00:49 Jason X: ok
00:54 Jason X: 01:37:012 (8) - move to 01:37:169 - 01:37:640 (9) - move to 01:37:326 - makes the ddk dk more easier and sounds better in my opinion
00:55 frukoyurdakul: well
00:55 frukoyurdakul: it doesn't support vocals like this way
00:56 Jason X: 01:40:150 (17) - move to 01:39:837 - the sound fits more for a note than 01:40:150 - and it's similar to this 01:36:385 (5,6,7,8,9) - , the k d D is easier and it should support the voice
00:57 frukoyurdakul: fair enough
01:00 Jason X: 02:02:745 - k 02:03:372 - d compares to the sound i guess and 1/1 isn't that hard for futsuu
01:01 Jason X: i'm wondering how the Futsuu is still 2,57* on my side
01:01 frukoyurdakul: done
01:04 Jason X: 03:14:143 (1) - is the spinner meant to be that short?
01:05 frukoyurdakul: well, i thought it creates a 4-5 note spinner
01:05 frukoyurdakul: but it creates 2, so i increased the length
01:07 Jason X: 03:16:496 - 03:36:266 - somehow this part feels harder than the kiais xD
01:07 frukoyurdakul: again, that part is the guitar solo :)
01:08 Jason X: i know
01:08 frukoyurdakul: it's intentional
01:08 Jason X: i guess thats the part i missed hard in the Inner
01:09 frukoyurdakul: possibly, due to the doublets :D
01:09 Jason X: 03:24:655 - d can be added here, but i guess giving the player a little break is the better option
01:10 frukoyurdakul: yeah
01:10 Jason X: and yeah, possibly on the doublets
01:10 frukoyurdakul: the rest of is hard enough
01:13 Jason X: 03:30:539 (26) - doesn't this one makes more sence here 03:30:775 - ?
01:13 frukoyurdakul: well
01:13 frukoyurdakul: you can hear the guitar pitch change here
01:14 Jason X: y
01:15 Jason X: the general sound is the gituar in this part i think
01:15 frukoyurdakul: yeah
01:15 frukoyurdakul: as in all the other diffs
01:15 frukoyurdakul: except muzu cuz it's a GD :')
01:19 Jason X: 03:51:329 - d ? 03:53:212 - 03:53:839 - k? i hear sounds i i want to put notes there, lol
01:19 frukoyurdakul: since it's the last kiai
01:19 frukoyurdakul: i think i can add them yeah
01:20 Jason X: was about to write that too, lol http://puu.sh/uNLj4/195c23d49c.png
01:20 frukoyurdakul: lol
01:21 Jason X: rest is fine
01:21 frukoyurdakul: thanks so much for your help on these diffs
01:21 Jason X: np
01:21 frukoyurdakul: save log, and post it this irc mod so i can give you kudos
01:22 frukoyurdakul: u deserved it :')
01:22 Jason X: k

Heya, m4m.

Kantan
  1. 45% volume for the beginning section is way to quiet, you should use try 90% like the other sections. Applies to all diffs.
  2. 00:03:184 - k? similar to 00:13:226 (9) -
  3. I think 00:14:481 (10,11,12) - works better as ddk, for emphasis of the drums starting on the last note.
  4. 00:18:247 - d would sound nice for the guitar sound here imo.
  5. 00:34:251 - should be move to 00:34:565 - for consistency in structure.
  6. I'd suggest you remove 00:42:724 -, add a note on 00:49:000 - and move 00:49:314 - to 00:49:627 so you have a 1-5 note structure, I think this would work better for consistency. Similar for the following section.
  7. How about you try something like this, cursor on 01:10:339 - ? would sound nice to have kk k D here, with a finish only on the last note. Similar parts in 2nd kiai.
  8. I think it would sound better if you remove 01:25:715 - .
  9. I think it sounds better if you remove 01:31:991 - and move 01:34:188 - to 01:32:305 - .
  10. Move 01:37:012 - to 01:37:326 - and 01:39:209 - to 01:36:699 - ? Would be nice for similar structure with the previous part.
  11. You could try moving 03:20:576 - to 03:21:203 - and remove finish from 03:21:517 -
  12. 03:24:969 - K and move 03:25:597 - to 03:25:911 - would sound better here I think.
  13. I think it would sound better if you move 03:43:798 - to 03:43:484 - .

Futsuu
  1. 00:00:674 - D?
  2. The beginning feels like it is closer to muzu, how about you simplify it for better spread, for example:
    1. 00:03:184 - try this
    2. 00:08:205 - try this I think it would sound good if you leave the change in spacing for the drum later.
  3. You can use the suggestions from ^ to have a more consistent base structure, for example like this, cursor on 00:23:268 -. You could use something similar until 00:40:841 - .
  4. I think you should try to focus a bit more on instrument instead of vocal in the section from 00:40:841 - , how about you try something like [url=https://puu.sh/vI8jV/deddcab10b.jpg]this{/url], cursor on 00:42:096 - ? I think this would be good for structure as well, you could also apply this in a similar way to the section from 01:26:029 - .
  5. 00:48:215 - maybe try something like this for combination of vocal and instrument?
  6. I think you can add d on 01:07:828 - and 01:17:556 - .
  7. You could remove 02:18:439 - and 02:23:464 - , I think it sounds better to have consistent 2/1 spacing here. If you use 1/1 in the section starting from 02:26:290 - it would look neater, because you have more instruments there than before.
  8. I think you should remove notes from 02:56:730 - , 02:56:887 - and 02:58:141 - , and have a similar structure in the section from 03:02:063 - as well. It does not look good if you have more 1/2 notes in this slower-paced part than anywhere else in the map.
  9. 03:22:772 - this kind of spacing is not good, you should try to use 1/1 and follow the percussion instruments like you did before, this would be more appropriate for a futsuu diff.
  10. Similar to ^, you could just use 1/1 and avoid spacing like 03:29:519 - , 03:29:833 - and 03:30:539 - .
  11. 03:46:936 - add a note for consistency to the first half of kiai?
IControl's Muzukashii
  1. Some unsnapped timing points, check AImod.
  2. The main thing that bothers me is that you stack so many 1/2 triples in sections like 00:20:757 - even though you suggested that you were at least sort of following the guitar with 00:15:736 (41,42,43) - right before. I suggest you change every other 1/2 triple to doubles, for example move 00:21:385 - to 00:21:542 - and 00:23:895 - to 00:24:052 -.
  3. Similar to ^, how about you move stuff like 00:38:958 - to 00:39:115 - and just have kk dk structure in this section for the drum compared to kd dk section before?
  4. I think it would look neater if you change 00:40:213 (19,20,21) - to d, maybe also move the note from 00:40:292 - to 00:40:449 - . Similar with 01:00:297 - , would be better to have d ddd d K for following the drumroll more closely.
The triple of 00:46:960 (6,7,8) - seems pretty random, you have nothing similar anywhere else in this section, I'd suggest you just use a triple somewhere in the pattern starting at 00:50:255 - instead, for a better transition between parts here.
  5. I think you could try around with more finishes in the kiai, how about you remove 01:03:592 - and change 01:03:121 (11,12,14) - to D? You could also make 01:09:397 (39,40) - KD as well, as these cymbals are just a little stronger than the rest here.
  6. 01:17:870 - remove and move the triple at 01:18:184 - back by 1/2 to start on 01:18:027 - ? Would be more consistent.
  7. How about you try something like this, cursor on 01:02:180 - ? I think this would fit better as the instruments are more intense around 01:01:709 - imo, the guitar here creates a more natural-sounding triple imo.
  8. The section from 02:16:398 - until 02:36:339 - represents the music very well, mainly because it is mapped far more intensely than anything else in the map, I'd suggest you nerf this to use mainly 1/2 patterns, for example by removing notes like 02:17:026 - and 02:17:262 - . Maybe consider cutting the following section as well, try something like this, cursor on 02:37:279 - .
  9. You may want to try and buff the section from 03:16:496 - just a little bit for better spread to oni.

Oni
  1. Some unsnapped stuff, check AImod.
  2. 00:31:897 - remove for consistency in structure to the previous section. Similar with 00:36:918 - .
  3. How about you move notes like 00:42:253 - to 00:42:645 - to keep the breaks consistent to similar sections, but have some 1/4 for better spread to inner oni?
  4. Try something like this for your kiai time, cursor on 01:02:180 - .
  5. 01:05:396 - add d.
  6. Would sound better if you add k on 01:07:044 - and change 01:07:515 - to k as well for the instrument sounds.
  7. I think you should try to make the part at 03:25:283 - a bit easier, it's a pretty large gap to muzu otherwise.
Above points are also applicable to other kiai times/sections. Overall, I think you should try to make your pattern structure a bit more consistent.

Good luck

All applied :) I also made some little changes

Kantan
  1. 45% volume for the beginning section is way to quiet, you should use try 90% like the other sections. Applies to all diffs. Changed to 80%
    instead.
  2. 00:03:184 - k? similar to 00:13:226 (9) - Applied.
  3. I think 00:14:481 (10,11,12) - works better as ddk, for emphasis of the drums starting on the last note. The first 2 notes are finishers which are following guitar pitch sounds. And they go like low-high so i used D K on that spot and put the last note as k due to the snare sound.
  4. 00:18:247 - d would sound nice for the guitar sound here imo. I followed drums here, and the notes are on snare sounds only, which should be k all.
  5. 00:34:251 - should be move to 00:34:565 - for consistency in structure. Applied.
  6. I'd suggest you remove 00:42:724 -, add a note on 00:49:000 - and move 00:49:314 - to 00:49:627 so you have a 1-5 note structure, I think this would work better for consistency. Similar for the following section. First one is applied. Did other stuff for the 2nd section, as for kiai build-up.
  7. How about you try something like this, cursor on 01:10:339 - ? would sound nice to have kk k D here, with a finish only on the last note. Similar parts in 2nd kiai. Moving the notes applied, but finishers are kept due to the relative "china cymbal" sounds on drums which are exactly the same as normal KAT finishers.
  8. I think it would sound better if you remove 01:25:715 - . Applied.
  9. I think it sounds better if you remove 01:31:991 - and move 01:34:188 - to 01:32:305 - . Both applied.
  10. Move 01:37:012 - to 01:37:326 - and 01:39:209 - to 01:36:699 - ? Would be nice for similar structure with the previous part. Done. It's also harmonious with the next part.
  11. You could try moving 03:20:576 - to 03:21:203 - and remove finish from 03:21:517 - Done.
  12. 03:24:969 - K and move 03:25:597 - to 03:25:911 - would sound better here I think. Both applied.
  13. I think it would sound better if you move 03:43:798 - to 03:43:484 - . Done.

Futsuu
  1. 00:00:674 - D? Yes, forgot that one.
  2. The beginning feels like it is closer to muzu, how about you simplify it for better spread, for example:
    1. 00:03:184 - try this Too many space between first and 2nd notes, didn't like it, sorry :(
    2. 00:08:205 - try this I think it would sound good if you leave the change in spacing for the drum later.
  3. You can use the suggestions from ^ to have a more consistent base structure, for example like this, cursor on 00:23:268 -. You could use something similar until 00:40:841 - . Remapped that section.
I don't like to follow instruments only in a song. I also followed vocals in streams on "Death" diff,
i prefer following vocals sometimes here too. Also, remapped.
  5. 00:48:215 - maybe try something like this for combination of vocal and instrument? Done something different.
  6. I think you can add d on 01:07:828 - and 01:17:556 - . Both applied.
  7. You could remove 02:18:439 - and 02:23:464 - , I think it sounds better to have consistent 2/1 spacing here. If you use 1/1 in the section starting from 02:26:290 - it would look neater, because you have more instruments there than before. First one is applied. For 2nd one, did something here.
Yeah, changed.
  10. Similar to ^, you could just use 1/1 and avoid spacing like 03:29:519 - , 03:29:833 - and 03:30:539 - . Done.
  11. 03:46:936 - add a note for consistency to the first half of kiai? Added don.
Oni
  1. Some unsnapped stuff, check AImod.
  2. 00:31:897 - remove for consistency in structure to the previous section. Similar with 00:36:918 - . Done.
  3. How about you move notes like 00:42:253 - to 00:42:645 - to keep the breaks consistent to similar sections, but have some 1/4 for better spread to inner oni? Makes sense. Did some changes.
  4. Try something like this for your kiai time, cursor on 01:02:180 - . Applied some of them.
  5. 01:05:396 - add d. Applied.
  6. Would sound better if you add k on 01:07:044 - and change 01:07:515 - to k as well for the instrument sounds. Didn't understand the first one,
because there is already a don.
    2nd one is applied.
  7. I think you should try to make the part at 03:25:283 - a bit easier, it's a pretty large gap to muzu otherwise. Did something here.
Above points are also applicable to other kiai times/sections. Overall, I think you should try to make your pattern structure a bit more consistent.

Good luck Thanks for your mod, it helped a lot! :)
