TAKE MY KUDOS! <3
juankristal
Sup Ryuki o7

some IRC stuff here, will give it another shot tomorrow (if we find each other online tho xD)
11:13 juankristal: well
11:13 juankristal: the MX is fun even cold hah
11:13 [ -Ryuki- ]: yeah
11:15 [ -Ryuki- ]: something is wrong with the hitsounds tho i'm gonna change that later
11:15 juankristal: oh
11:15 juankristal: well, I was playing without hitsounds so
11:15 juankristal: I cant really tell
11:16 [ -Ryuki- ]: yeah i could tell
11:16 juankristal: mmh
11:16 juankristal: lets see if I find something
11:16 juankristal: you are using shoegazers mp3 and offset, right?
11:16 [ -Ryuki- ]: ktgster
11:16 juankristal: the ranked one?
11:17 [ -Ryuki- ]: yes
11:17 juankristal: yeah, its the same one
11:17 [ -Ryuki- ]: ah
11:18 *juankristal is editing [https://osu.ppy.sh/b/967526 antiPLUR - Speed of Link [MX]]
11:18 juankristal: doing a quick look here
11:19 juankristal: 00:28:264 (28264|0) - shouldnt that be a double?
11:19 [ -Ryuki- ]: oh yeah whoops
11:21 juankristal: 00:46:738 (46738|0,46738|1) -
11:21 juankristal: should be a single?
11:21 juankristal: oh wait
11:21 juankristal: maybe not
11:21 [ -Ryuki- ]: no
11:22 juankristal: 01:10:457 (70457|2) -
11:22 juankristal: that should be double I think
11:23 [ -Ryuki- ]: problem is i could not place it anywhere that's comfortable
11:23 [ -Ryuki- ]: unless it can be at 1
11:23 juankristal: 01:10:001 (70001|0,70115|3,70229|0) -
11:23 juankristal: try ctrl+h
11:23 juankristal: then move 01:10:343 (70343|3) - to 1
11:23 juankristal: and make this 01:10:457 (70457|2) - 34
11:24 juankristal: maybe it works
11:24 juankristal: you can also move 01:10:571 (70571|0) - to 3/4
11:24 juankristal: and make the last jump of that 3 succesion a split one
11:24 juankristal: if not, just putting it in 1 can work as well. You do that thing before in places like 01:09:773 (69773|3,69773|1) -
11:25 [ -Ryuki- ]: ok then
11:26 juankristal: 01:38:103 (98103|1,98103|3,98103|0) - is that triple just for the finish?
11:26 juankristal: shouldnt be placed 01:37:893 (97893|1) - here?
11:26 [ -Ryuki- ]: oh yeah
11:26 [ -Ryuki- ]: didn't see that sorry
11:26 juankristal: o7
11:27 juankristal: that seems to be it in terms of consistency in layering
11:28 juankristal: (for that diff at least xD9
11:28 [ -Ryuki- ]: yep xd
11:28 juankristal: soo
11:28 juankristal: about pattering in general, for this diff
11:29 juankristal: even if I like it, I find it fun to play I feel that it is a bit like.. repetitive
11:29 juankristal: yeah the song is like that, thats true
11:29 [ -Ryuki- ]: yeah
11:29 juankristal: 00:35:562 - but I was thinking about having something different here
11:29 juankristal: for example
11:29 juankristal: with that sound as background
11:29 juankristal: ignoring a bit the layering to use it as a transition or something like that
11:30 juankristal: it might not be that great of an idea honestly
11:30 [ -Ryuki- ]: i did that in SC
11:30 juankristal: oh
11:30 juankristal: alright then
11:30 [ -Ryuki- ]: but yeah it is repetitive
11:30 [ -Ryuki- ]: i'll admit that
11:30 juankristal: I was thinking about something like
11:31 juankristal: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/5075083
11:32 [ -Ryuki- ]: i was actually thinking about doing that for this diff
11:32 juankristal: :o
11:32 [ -Ryuki- ]: but since i already did it in SC and SHD i thought i would remove it to make the difficulty lower
11:33 [ -Ryuki- ]: the stream section i mean
11:33 juankristal: MX is the left one
11:33 juankristal: xD
11:33 juankristal: right one is SC
11:34 [ -Ryuki- ]: i leave out the drum parts in the middle?
11:35 [ -Ryuki- ]: 00:35:904 (35904|0,35961|1,36018|3,36075|2,36132|1) - like these things
11:35 juankristal: yeah
11:35 juankristal: should be fine
11:36 [ -Ryuki- ]: so remove drum parts
11:36 juankristal: yeah, but keep that "jack" way to map that part
11:36 juankristal: in order to try and replicate that hi-speed thing in the background
11:36 [ -Ryuki- ]: okay then
11:37 juankristal: the rest feels cool I think
11:37 juankristal: like, the longnotes are a good way to cut the repetitive thing of the map
11:37 juankristal: the beat dont stop as well
11:37 [ -Ryuki- ]: xD
11:38 juankristal: 01:37:577 (97577|0,97630|2,97682|1,97735|3,97787|0,97787|2) -
11:39 juankristal: that kind of stuff might be the only ones that bother me a little bit
11:39 juankristal: like, hi-speed stream with a double then a triple xD
11:40 juankristal: its up to you for that to keep those doubles in red ticks
11:40 [ -Ryuki- ]: i gues that's how the song works
11:40 juankristal: I just feel they might be a bit too hard but anyway it works
11:40 juankristal: yeah
11:40 [ -Ryuki- ]: there's a drum sound at the red tick
11:40 [ -Ryuki- ]: so maybe i'm keeping it
11:40 juankristal: ye
11:40 juankristal: 01:44:524 (104524|2) -
11:40 juankristal: that should be double, btw?
11:41 juankristal: 01:47:893 (107893|0) - maybe that one as well
11:41 juankristal: 01:49:577 (109577|1) -
11:41 juankristal: 01:50:419 (110419|2) -
11:41 [ -Ryuki- ]: hmm maybe it's a mistake on my part then xD
11:42 juankristal: I dont know about those honestly, its most up to you to decide what to do with those doubles xD
11:42 juankristal: like, thats a point where is your "style" or your point of view about the song
11:42 juankristal: just keep it consistent and you should be good to go
11:44 juankristal: oh god
11:44 juankristal: SHD is just to much for me even in the editor LOL
11:44 [ -Ryuki- ]: xD
11:44 juankristal: and I have the yuki one
11:44 [ -Ryuki- ]: it's MX layering
11:44 [ -Ryuki- ]: with streams
11:45 juankristal: mh?
11:45 [ -Ryuki- ]: oh that one
11:45 [ -Ryuki- ]: that one is worse
11:45 juankristal: xDD
11:45 [ -Ryuki- ]: SHD is basically just streams
11:45 [ -Ryuki- ]: but with MX jumps
11:45 [ -Ryuki- ]: only without triples
11:45 [ -Ryuki- ]: if i had triples it would be yuki xD
11:46 juankristal: lol xDDD
11:46 juankristal: so, quick thing
11:46 juankristal: before I go to lunch
11:46 *juankristal is editing [https://osu.ppy.sh/b/966584 antiPLUR - Speed of Link [HD]]
11:46 juankristal: remember to do something about this 00:35:904 (35904|0,35961|2,36018|1,36075|3,36132|2) -
11:46 juankristal: in the HD one
11:46 juankristal: if you made the change on the MX one
11:46 [ -Ryuki- ]: oh yep
11:47 juankristal: and about light streams
11:47 juankristal: on the end
11:47 juankristal: for the HD
11:47 juankristal: it miiight be too fast for HD players xD
11:48 [ -Ryuki- ]: which ones?
11:48 juankristal: all the kiai
11:48 juankristal: like the 1/4s in the kiai
11:48 [ -Ryuki- ]: the 285 section?
11:48 juankristal: yeah
11:48 [ -Ryuki- ]: hmm
11:48 juankristal: although I have to say
11:48 [ -Ryuki- ]: this map was supposed to be a challenge to most people
11:48 juankristal: its not really dense
11:48 juankristal: yeah
11:49 juankristal: the thing here is that I usually try to make huge ass spreads for maps
11:49 juankristal: this one is challenging indeed yeah
11:49 juankristal: I think it depends as well in your NM diff
11:49 juankristal: if you are planning to do that
11:49 [ -Ryuki- ]: oh NM is just an LN
11:49 [ -Ryuki- ]: for that light stream
11:50 juankristal: mmh, alright then
11:50 juankristal: I will probably take a look at that later
11:50 juankristal: so, I kinda have to go soon
11:50 [ -Ryuki- ]: okay
11:50 juankristal: question here
11:50 juankristal: you are up tomorrow or later or something? xD
11:51 juankristal: anyways, just pm me if you find me online so I can look at the other diffs
11:51 [ -Ryuki- ]: first of all, timezones D;
11:51 juankristal: although I dont think I cant help too much xD
11:51 juankristal: too hi-speed for me
11:51 [ -Ryuki- ]: probably i will be online tomorrow
11:51 [ -Ryuki- ]: xD
11:51 juankristal: I really like the song and the map feels overall cool
11:51 [ -Ryuki- ]: this map ain't easy
11:51 juankristal: alright then, I will try to catch you up tomorrow
11:51 juankristal: its not haha
11:52 [ -Ryuki- ]: should i post this on the thread?
11:52 juankristal: I will, hold on a sec

Hope I helped you at least a bit, will see what we can do for the SC / SHD later o7

Good luck !

When I'm too lazy to open my queue, so I go to other people's queues to find maps XD Also, it's pretty late when I started this, so expect an incomplete mod until I get the chance to finish this (Friday or Saturday maybe?) Wait, was this song used in a MWC or something? It sounds familiar, but I like it

Weee, I'm done!

Column 1|2|3|4

General
- So, if this is going for rank, you're going to need to make an Easy difficulty that's under 2* or nerf your current Normal one as this is unrankable atm. Perks of starting a mod and not finishing it until two days after.
- The timing. Ouch.
- Yeah, ok, so I just test played your Normal, and you definitely should make an Easy or find a GDer because of the 1/2 snaps in Normal at 263.077 bpm are probably way too difficult for a beginning player to hit.
- You should also add some stuff in your tags. Consider using this map as a reference for your metadata.
- Lastly, why the audio lead in? There's stuff that can be mapped there (the steady 1/2 beat for example). Ah well. Timing it would probably be hell though wouldn't it? XD

EZ
Comments: Alright, basically my only problem with this diff was the note - LN combination that's basically the same as normal. At this tempo, I feel like it's just too fast for a beginner, and also the fact that most of it is on the same hand, like 01:37:472 (97472|1,97577|0,97893|2,98314|2,98419|3,98735|1) for example. I think I'd just extend the LN to encompass the note, remove the note, and call it good.
00:36:817 (36817|2,36931|0,37387|3) - Shift this down to 00:36:703 cause that's where the sound starts.
00:36:817 (36817|0,37273|3) - Also, this LN and the note I highlighted should end/be at 00:37:159
00:58:369 (58369|3,59281|0,60194|1) - I don't think overlapping LN's like these should be in an EZ difficulty. People at this level are still learning finger independence (even at 4k) and this will probably trip a lot of people up since they don't have the same ending points. I suggest ending 00:58:369 (58369|3) at 00:59:281 where the first LN starts.
01:02:018 (62018|2,62931|3,63843|1,64755|0,65667|2,66580|0,67492|1,69317|0,70229|1) - Etc, basically what I said above. I'd just touch their ends and starts together rather than have them overlap.
01:23:346 (83346|0) - Start this at 01:22:923 and end at the same place it ends at now.

NM
00:23:246 (23246|0) - I suggest moving this to 2 because I think it reads a little nicer since it's not in the same column as 00:23:474 (23474|0) only one beat later.
01:12:966 to 01:20:264 - This is probably me sounding (and probably acting) like one of those people who are like, "Ew, no, change your map because it doesn't fit my expectations" (I swear, that's never my intention) but I really don't recommend having triples in a Normal difficulty. I mean, I think it works just fine if it's only doubles in this section because I can't really hear anything that's accented in the music to warrant triples. Just my 2 cents.
01:22:064 (82064|2,82501|1) - Hm, why are these disconnected? It's the same musical phrase as 01:20:264 (80264|3,81176|0) so remove 01:22:501 (82501|1) and end 01:22:064 (82064|2) at 01:22:923
01:22:064 and 01:22:501 - Add notes? I guess it's just for the aesthetics since you have notes where 01:20:264 (80264|3,81176|0) begin, if above is rejected.
01:57:644 - Add a note here for the drum hit.
- Not much to find here. Well made NM diff.

HD
Comments: From my test play, all I can say is, wow. This song's timing is an utter nightmare at the end (though not as much as Roze), but it was still well done. So yeah, I like it, even if I can't play some parts of it well lol.
00:14:352 to 00:14:580 - Add a simple 1/4 burst here for the drum roll sound? So something like this maybe
00:19:483 (19483|1,19597|0) - Control J? To avoid hitting 00:19:825 (19825|0) only a beat after 00:19:597 (19597|0)
00:35:904 to 00:36:132 - Missing 1/4 burst here?
00:50:843 - Make double for the drum kick here
00:54:492 - ^^
00:58:141 - ^^
01:07:036 - Missing a note here for the snare, so add and make it a double.
01:07:492 (67492|0) - I'm pretty sure this ends at 01:09:088 Well crud, I didn't point that out in the Normal diff, so you should probably apply this there too.
01:10:685 - Missing a note for the snare.

MX
Comments: Woahh, did metadata change? I swear, the diffs used to be named Normal and Hard, etc. Ah well. Also, I can't play 4* very well, so prepare for a crap mod.
00:16:290 - Make double for kick?
00:16:518 - ^^
00:16:746 - ^^
00:18:115 - ^^ And so on, I'll just stop here in case you purposely left these out.
00:35:904 (35904|0,36132|2) - In between these notes should be a 1/4 burst. If you left it out because of 00:36:018 (36018|3,36018|2) I'd suggest removing one of those notes because there's only a kick, and no other accent to make it a double. (Well, it's a little bit louder, but at other parts with this same sound, you left the notes as singles).
00:44:343 - Hi, missing note here? The rest of this section is 1/2 beat, this is the only place without a note on the red tick.
00:47:194 - Make double for kick.
00:50:843 - ^^
00:54:492 - ^^
00:58:141 - ^^
00:59:510 (59510|1,59510|0,61334|0,61334|3) - Not just these notes, but just some examples. I understand that these are doubles to accent the *slightly* louder drum sound, but I don't think it's loud enough to be made into a double, so remove one note from each set? Also, you only use a single note to represent them in places like at 01:06:352 and 01:04:071
01:05:439 - Make this a double though cause of the snare?
01:57:644 - Make this a double because of the drum sound.

I'm not good enough to mod SC or SHD lol.
Edit: So the metadata did get changed and you added a diff. Welp, great, my mod is probably void now XD. But I'ma mod EZ now cause I like EZ diffs.

[SHD]
00:16:290 - If you intended to double any basses and snares, you are missing a note here. Add a note, maybe at 2. If it was intended, well, It is a SHD difficulty, so I personally think those who are already capable of handling this difficulty, can also handle those fast notes.
If you wish to follow my suggestion above, then here are few more
00:16:518 - At 4
00:16:746 - At 1
00:18:115 - At 1
00:19:939 - At 1
00:20:167 - At 4
00:20:396 - At 1
00:21:764 - At 1
00:23:589 - At 1
00:23:817 - At 3, and 00:24:045 - At 4. *Here, watch out for balance. You could always add a note, and re-pattern or variate
00:25:413 - At 1
00:27:238 - At 4
00:27:466 - At 3
00:27:694 - At 3
00:29:062 - At 1
01:22:923 - Here, you could delete one note. There's no sound to emphasize. Although it signals the highlight, still triple all of a sudden seems awkward for me.
01:57:644 - I think there's a bass. Add a note at 4
02:05:751 - Same, a bass here

-> Highlight section of the song 01:23:788 - goes off with 285 bpm, which is faster than the first jumpstream part. That's the reason why I did not suggest the same add-ons of notes as i did previously. It is a HARD and stamina-taking song and honestly I don't dare touching any further on those patterns

[SC]
00:35:220 (35220|1) - Delete, since you gave 5 single notes each same section
01:12:281 (72281|1) - Delete to follow the pattern, and I didn't hear any bass here
01:12:966 - This section seems very similar to SHD pattern. You could lower the difficulty here, maybe deleting a note each second and fourth pattern, like this.

Maybe I'm done here, call me back if you want any further mod, or in case you didn't understand my mod.
Also, feel free to reject my mod, if you think it was not good enough.
Good luck!!!

If it was intended, well, It is a SHD difficulty, so I personally think those who are already capable of handling this difficulty, can also handle those fast notes. My reason for this: SHD uses MX layering without any triples, if I go on to create the doubles at those areas, I'll be worried that it will end up like the original difficulty that I made prior to SHD, where there were countless handstreams that made it almost impossible for most people to pass
If you wish to follow my suggestion above, then here are few more

01:22:923 - Here, you could delete one note. There's no sound to emphasize. Although it signals the highlight, still triple all of a sudden seems awkward for me. Applied. Same for SC
01:57:644 - I think there's a bass. Add a note at 4
02:05:751 - Same, a bass here This section is basically a slowdown of the kiai and the start, so seeing that it might break the consistency a little bit, I will go against it for now. I'll apply it if another mod tells me to. Same for the one above

-> Highlight section of the song 01:23:788 - goes off with 285 bpm, which is faster than the first jumpstream part. Red: My notes on the change
Blank: Accepted

The tags are just players that contributed to that map, since no one helped me in the making of this one I'm leaving it blank for now
- Lastly, why the audio lead in?

00:35:904 to 00:36:132 - Missing 1/4 burst here? contradicts with the previous mod but okay then
00:50:843 - Make double for the drum kick here
00:54:492 - ^^
00:58:141 - ^^
01:07:036 - Missing a note here for the snare, so add and make it a double.
01:07:492 (67492|0) - I'm pretty sure this ends at 01:09:088 Well crud, I didn't point that out in the Normal diff, so you should probably apply this there too.
01:10:685 - Missing a note for the snare.

MX
Comments: Woahh, did metadata change? I swear, the diffs used to be named Normal and Hard, etc. Ah well. Also, I can't play 4* very well, so prepare for a crap mod. MX was initially the HD diff but became MX because I was so indecisive xD
00:16:290 - Make double for kick?
00:16:518 - ^^
00:16:746 - ^^
00:18:115 - ^^ And so on, I'll just stop here in case you purposely left these out. I am worried that it gets too overlayered and players have a hard time playing it if it was doubles, so I'll be rejecting it for now unless another mod tells me it's ok (also MX used SHD layering and they're almost identical in terms of doubles)
00:35:904 (35904|0,36132|2) - In between these notes should be a 1/4 burst. If you left it out because of 00:36:018 (36018|3,36018|2) I'd suggest removing one of those notes because there's only a kick, and no other accent to make it a double. (Well, it's a little bit louder, but at other parts with this same sound, you left the notes as singles). again, contradicts with the previous mod but okay

Thanks for the mod! Updated~

there are some useless inherited lines, like 00:14:580 - 00:42:860 - and so on,plz delete them.

[EZ]
  1. I think EZ's catch is not good,00:14:580 - there is a strong rhythm,and I think It should be have a note,every 2/1 line to catch rhythm.
Main rhythm is in every 2/1 line.
  2. 00:29:176 - should be the LN start,and end in 00:29:632 - with a note.
  3. I think this diff is not good, main problem is catching, hope to recatch.
[NM]
  1. I think bpm263's 1/2 is a little hard for NM diff, try to remove some double notes to make it easier, anyway,it's a perfect diff.
[HD]
  1. to notice,00:14:808 - every 2/1 line you catch 2 notes,I under
  2. stand it,but in 00:43:773 - start you used 1/1 double notes(00:44:685 (44685|3,44685|1,44913|0,44913|2,45141|3,45141|0) -) to listen there, 00:45:141 (45141|3,45141|0) - is stronger than before,i think it needs 3 notes or remove before's double notes.
  3. 01:01:106 - add a note here,every 2/1 lines catch 2 notes,and 01:05:667 - 01:08:404 - 01:12:966 - has same question
  4. GOOD
I will finish MX SC SHD mods after 2 hours xD

[MX]
  1. to recheck your strong rhythm's catch.00:14:580 (14580|1,14580|3,14694|2,14808|3,14808|0,14808|1,14922|1,15036|2,15150|0,15150|1,15264|3,15264|2,15264|0) - 1/2 lines note set 2,1,3,1,1,2,3;
    but00:15:492 (15492|2,15492|0,15606|3,15720|1,15720|2,15720|0,15834|2,15948|1,15948|0,16062|3,16062|2,16176|0,16176|1,16176|3) - there is 2,1,3,1,2,2,3;plz make them to be same,and I think2,1,3,1,2,2,3 is more suitable.
  2. 00:29:176 - there should be 3notes and 00:29:404 - there is double notes,it's more suit music,00:30:089 - and so on has this problem.
  3. 00:35:790 - 00:36:474 - In MX I suggest don't miss these 1/4 rhythm,catch them plz.
  4. 00:42:860 - 00:43:773 - not 1/3,it not suitable.maybe you can use some 1/6.
    recheck for a long time I think it's good,but 1/3 listened strange..
  5. 00:45:369 - add a note,every drum you catched 2 notes but there not,00:49:018 - 00:52:667 - 00:56:317 - is same.
  6. kiai's problem is same as first point.
[SC]
  1. it's a 4.72 map,and actually it's above 5 stars,so try to put some regular patterns.
  2. to avoid 00:17:374 (17374|3,17431|0,17488|1,17545|2,17545|0) - too much these parttens,it's much harder than some patterns like 00:19:711 (19711|3,19768|2,19825|1,19825|0) - and Certainly is not suit for 4.72 stars.too hard map will get lower rating and players will compain it.
  3. 00:42:860 (42860|3,42898|2,42936|1,42974|3,43012|2,43050|0,43088|1,43127|2,43165|1,43203|3,43241|0,43279|1,43317|3,43355|2,43393|3,43431|1,43469|0,43507|2,43545|3,43583|2,43621|0,43659|1,43697|3,43735|2,43773|3,43773|0) - these 1/6 is too hard,try to this http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/5112599
  4. in your kiai,285bpm streams with those irregular parttens is confusing.it's too hard to play and will make player hate these map.
it has same problem in SHD,you should use more regular patterns like http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/5112612 ,certainly need to fix to make them suit music,it is only a model, plz thinking more

SC revised a little, but the streams are still pretty much broken to keep it challenging
SHD soon
Edit: oh god what have i done xD I'll probably not revise it too much because it deters a lot from my mapping style, I'll still keep a bit of it, just toned down a bit

00:34:422 (34422|0) - move to 2
i didn't to interesting for this pattern 00:36:018 (36018|0,36703|0,37159|3,37615|3,38071|0,38527|0) - , it's because this' easy. and i think 00:36:018 (36018|0,36703|0) - is too hard to play. try to move 00:36:703 (36703|0,37159|3,38071|0) - to 2, 3 and 2. or you can re arrange by yourself
01:00:650 (60650|0) - move to 4
01:07:948 (67948|0) - ^3
01:07:492 (67492|1,69088|1) - this' same like i told above. move 01:09:088 (69088|1) - to 3
01:37:893 (97893|2,98735|1) - ctrl H then 01:39:577 (99577|2) - move to 3
01:42:103 (102103|2,105051|1) - move 1x to left
01:47:156 (107156|0,108840|1) - ^1x to right
The song is not bad but i just feel it likes 2nd speedcore 300 lol. But, I like it:3 (generally pp rain). Good luck for your beatmap and have a nice day!
Applied everything. Thanks for the mod!

00:51:983 - it seems a bit intuitive to stop putting jacks after this point. Wouldn't it be better if the difficulty increased as the song progressed?

In the higher diffs when I say "double for kick," some of them may be pretty hard to hear, but I believe they exist because it would be consistent in the drum sequencing.

HD
00:47:194 - double for kick?
01:12:966 - same below

02:05:751
01:38:630 - this map seems to have trouble deciding whether this pattern should have a single or double! You may want to make it consistent. I think most of the time it's a double, so I've listed below the places where there are singles instead:
01:41:998
01:43:682
01:45:366
01:47:051
01:48:735
01:50:419

SC
00:35:220 - should be a single based on your previous layering
00:40:694 - same
00:55:860 - double for kick

SHD
00:42:860 - it seems like this stream is easier in SHD than it is in SC
00:57:685 - double for kick
00:58:141 - same below
01:01:790
02:05:751
As simple as this map is, I'm not experienced enough at 4k to comment on the actual patterning. Good luck though!

MOD
HD
for HD, i wanna tell you that note on 1/4 snap is simple but please make them easier for read because this is Hard difficulty

just that (lmao, is too good)

MX
00:07:282 to 00:10:018 add a note for white snap
02:06:023 add a note
for jack i am not sure to mod, ask another modder when can mod then

SC
please make stairs with 1/4 snap for easier reading, like the empress

SHD
same too, but add a bass in 1/4 like tokyo teddy bear

sorry for mod, i just can take it
on my own this map can be harder in MX to SHD 8-) it's coll :D

00:07:282 to 00:10:018 add a note for white snap don't understand why I should do this because the beats are not strong at the start
02:06:023 add a note same, the note doesn't represent any sound
for jack i am not sure to mod, ask another modder when can mod then

SC
please make stairs with 1/4 snap for easier reading, like the empress stairs don't really appeal to me at all, so I might only do a few to make it more readable

  1. Some suggestion : This is all position that have to be double and it will loop all over the stream in this mapset

For SHD? Oh god... I'm worried that it would be too hard for players to play with that kind of density, seeing that it happened in the original difficulty... but since this is the second mod that suggested this I'll go ahead and do it, and see what's the outcome of it

But I'm actually scared of the 285bpm section... With the extra layering on it the chart looks very brutal...

Other diff seems to be fine. Take a star~

Hi o/
NM req from my queue, Sorry for late ;w;

[General]

BG is not fine, its should be 1366x768 or 1280x720

there's an std Version of this map and ranked. maybe you can took the BG from there.
(Dunno if you notice this one yet, I downloaded this map since you requesting on my queue xD, so i thought you already changed this)

1|2|3|4

SPOILER
[SHD]

I dont think HP 9 is suitable tho, considering this diff is a "jumpstream fest" xD. you could make it least same as SC or 8,7

[SC]

00:35:562 - maybe you could make the stream like this:

just my personal opinion. you decide

00:42:860 - stream here seems more harder to read than SHD. maybe make this kinda easier?

01:22:923 (82923|0) - pretty sure this shouldnt be here. SHD only have two notes for this

[MX]

01:07:492 (67492|3) - LN should end at - 01:09:088 - due to the noise you were follow still continue.

01:22:923 (82923|3) - delete, compare with SHD.

[HD]

01:09:088 (69088|2) - move to right one column, avoid triple stacking ( - 01:08:632 (68632|2,68860|2,69088|2) - )

01:20:036 (80036|2) - move to 1. avoid triple stacking too

[NM]

01:00:194 (60194|1) - should end at - 01:01:790 -

01:07:492 (67492|1) - also this ^

01:19:808 (79808|3) - move to 1 (personal opinion to make it more-well spreaded-notes, i guess :> )

[EZ]

00:14:580 - maybe you could add one note here, so the players could get the kick rhythm more properly afterwards. well, the kick is kinda louder too.

00:43:773 - add one note. kick

01:12:966 - add. you dont want to make it looks like an std convert, right? consider the end of the LN in mania specific doesnt have a "slider-end-hit"

01:23:346 - make an LN starting here -> then end the LN here and add one note on col 2 - 01:23:788 - . gives better approaches for newbie players

This one is kinda pretty solid map, nice job ><b I was expecting you were came from stepmania community or such xD
Good luck furthermore :D

  1. from 00:14:580 to 00:29:176 you're using jumstream... so,

00:58:369 - You should follow pitch relevance here, since Easy doesn't have a lot to work with, having cues is one of the most important point imo, for example, instead of 00:58:369 (58369|3,58825|1,59281|0,59738|2,60194|1,60650|3,61562|2,61790|0,62018|2) - you could divide the first one in two to follow the music and change the notes in order to follow pitch relevance and adapt the drum in consequences ex: 00:58:369 (58369|3,58825|1,58825|0,59281|2,59852|0,60194|1,60650|3,61562|2,61790|3,62018|2) - and follow something similar for the whole part
01:09:317 - The sudden switch of LN for the back ground lead instead of the main theme and main theme coming back here as LN 01:10:229 - comes pretty out of nowhere, either make that final part using two LN over another but with the drum and all, it'll be a bit hard to play for an EZ diff, or you can continue doing what you were doing in the rest of the part.
01:20:264 (80264|0,81176|3,82064|2) - not sure I'm following what you're doing here, there isn't a specific entry at 01:21:176 - that justify that LN in my opinion, if it's just the arpeggio switching, it should be the other LN switching to this, not both of them superposing.
01:37:261 - 01:50:736 - this whole part makes no sens, the pattern is identical through the whole part so I'll use one as an example:
01:37:472 (97472|0,97893|1) - currently, the LN makes no sens, if you're following the drumline, the it should start a beat earlier 01:37:261 - if you're trying to follow the drum roll, it start on the red tick here 01:37:577 - , the appergio would have more emphasis if you kept them from the beginning to the end of the bar, even would say two bar, you could also do something like this 01:37:261 (97261|0,97366|1,97472|2,97577|0,97893|1) - it would be much more interesting to play and it would follow the whole drum line but might be a bit hard for a EZ diff.
otherwise, it's pretty basic and nice to play for an easy, pay attention to which voice you want to give a priority and maybe a bit more attention to pitch relevance.

SPOILER
00:58:385 - Try to follow pitch relevance like explained in last diff.
In this diff, that sums it up, aside from pitch relevance, I think everything's good, like you got a nice finger balance, I would think some part would be a bit too hard for a normal diff like this one 01:37:261 - but it's acceptable, I'm pretty sure !
HD
SPOILER
00:58:369 - same as other diff, pitch relevance, but this one is a lot closer.
01:23:790 - Here, you only put emphasis on the snare by putting a double, but I think base drum sound is strong enough to earn a double, this might be tricky to map and to play but this is only my opinion.
01:37:261 - I love this part finger balance, it plays well.
01:50:735 - same as 01:23:790 - I think double for the bass drum would be nice too
pretty solid overall
MX
SPOILER
00:58:369 - Pitch relevance.
01:12:966 - in this part I think some mini jack could be avoided, in order to have more balance and so that it would be more ergonomic to play, sometime, even though it's 4 stars, it plays like a 5.1 ish :P here's some examples:
01:13:422 (73422|3,73422|1,73422|2,73536|1) - change the 1 after the triple to a 0
01:14:106 (74106|0,74106|1,74220|3,74334|2,74334|3,74334|0,74448|1) - something like this instead 01:14:106 (74106|0,74106|3,74220|1,74334|2,74334|3,74334|0,74448|1) - makes more sens, play way better and follow the direction of your stream.
01:15:132 (75132|3,75246|1,75246|0,75246|2,75360|1,75474|3,75588|0) - to 01:15:132 (75132|2,75246|1,75246|0,75246|3,75360|2,75474|1,75588|0) -
01:16:273 (76273|2) - use a 1 instead.
01:17:869 (77869|1,77983|3,77983|2,77983|0,78097|2,78211|3,78325|1) - to something like this 01:17:869 (77869|3,77983|1,77983|2,77983|0,78097|3,78211|2,78325|1) -
01:19:010 (79010|1,79124|2) - use 2 and 3 instead of 1 and 2
01:19:922 (79922|2) - use 1
this could be applied to the rest of the song earlier and later, try to avoid mini-jack, especially with this tempo, it's way harder than the song should be, on harder diff could be considered.
aside from that, this diff is neat.

Overall, nice map, pay a certain attention to pitch relevance and avoid using ghost notes(you've only did it on EZ) the last two diffs are good, the last one is crazy hard but I think it was the intention, so aside from probably investing a 5 hours on the last one on finding better and optimal finger balance to ease it a bit, I think they are rankable. I like a stairs map, feels good every once in a while, If you have any questions about my mods, don't hesitate !

hope you remember what i said i was gonna peek at

before i continue i would wanna say that all my image suggestions; esp the js ones; are for reference only (which mean i cant guarantee theyll fit properly in the js). i dont wanna actually change the whole js section because of how tight the streams can be.

00:14:694 (14694|0,14751|1,14808|0) - dont think starting transition would warrant something like this, 00:14:808 (14808|0,14865|3) - crtl-h this

00:15:150 (15150|2,15207|3,15264|2,15378|3,15435|2,15492|3) - pretty sure you could do something else here; i mean these things get real annoying real fast so its best if you could clean them up
img
try to spread the stacks onto each hand

00:15:948 (15948|3,15948|2,16005|0,16062|3,16062|1,16119|2,16176|1,16176|0) - youre stuck in a loop of this sequence huh
img
for that 2323 thing i was thinking of having that at the transition of the music itself; you dont really have to stick to this pattern too tightly but the original one you had is a little bit too repetitive so yeah

00:16:860 (16860|3,16917|2,17031|2,17089|3,17203|2,17260|3,17374|2,17431|3,17545|2,17602|3) - whyd you keep the right like this

00:17:773 (17773|3,17773|2,17830|1,17887|2,17887|0,17944|3) - you seem to like this pattern a lot
img
maybe you like those mickey mouse head things in the 2|3 column but still

going along side ^, you could move the load of 00:18:628 (18628|1) - or maybe the whole pattern around that note a little onto the right hand because its kinda empty there dont you think

00:18:799 (18799|1,18913|1,19027|1) - please dont do this mang, i mean its things like these that make the chart a little less polished. pretty simple fix, 00:19:027 (19027|1,19141|0,19198|1) - flip this

00:19:825 (19825|3,19939|3,20053|3) - having these stacks in dense jss' like these are a big no-no. 00:20:053 (20053|3,20110|2) - crtl-g

00:20:510 (20510|1,20624|1,20738|1) - orz 00:20:738 (20738|1,20795|0) - crtl-g

00:20:852 (20852|3,20909|2,20966|3,21023|1,21080|2,21137|1,21194|2) - dont seem to understand the effect youre going for here

00:21:593 (21593|0,21650|1,21707|0,21764|1,21764|2,21821|3,21878|2) - same thing as before, i dont see why the left hand must handle that thrill thing you placed
img
if you really like the thrill thing you could just have it in the middle for both hands to handle

00:22:391 (22391|3,22448|2,22505|3,22562|2,22562|1,22619|0,22676|1) - same as above, will not mention suggestion. goes alongside 00:22:106 (22106|2,22163|3,22220|2,22391|3,22448|2,22505|3,22562|2) -

00:23:531 (23531|3,23589|2,23589|1,23646|3,23703|0,23703|2,23760|1,23817|0,23817|3,23874|2,23931|3,23931|1,23988|0,24045|1,24045|2) - i mean you seem to have a liking for these sorts of patterns you know what i mean? its really weird that youd want to have all these thrill things you know; it isnt really comfortable to play them on 263bpm in a js

00:24:216 (24216|2,24273|1,24330|2,24387|1,24501|2,24558|1,24615|2,24672|1) - same as above

00:24:843 (24843|2,24900|3,24957|2,25014|0,25071|1,25128|0) - would like to re-iterate the fact that i dont understand why you chose to have such rough patterning in this js section. 00:24:957 (24957|2,25014|0) - crtl-g

00:25:413 (25413|1,25470|2,25527|1,25584|2) - i guess this is alright onlf if you fix the other thrill things above i mentioned above

00:27:523 (27523|2,27580|3,27637|2,27694|3) - would be alright if you were to balance this out on the other hand, otherwise try to not make this thrill

00:28:720 (28720|2,28777|3,28834|2,28834|1,28891|0,28948|3,28948|1,29005|2,29062|0,29062|3,29119|1,29176|0) - i wouldnt want to exit this js like this; the thrills make it seem real rough and it kinda props me up for much denser things but then youd drop chords so
img
you could just have js like this ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

00:31:001 (31001|2,31115|3,31115|2,31229|3,31343|2,31400|3) - try not to throw everything on one hand, move 00:31:115 (31115|3) - to 1

00:31:457 (31457|0,31514|1,31571|0) - dont see any reason for you to make a stack for this section, refer to 00:29:518 (29518|3,29575|1,29632|0,29689|2,29746|1,29746|3) - and relevant sections. 00:31:571 (31571|0) - move to 4

00:32:141 (32141|1,32255|1) - pretty sure you didnt intersect the two sections like this. also 00:32:369 (32369|3,32426|2,32483|3) - .
00:32:255 (32255|1) - move to 3, 00:32:483 (32483|3) - move to 2

ill stop mentioning the 00:33:281 (33281|1,33338|0,33396|1) - things

00:35:448 (35448|1,35448|3,35562|3,35562|0,35619|1,35676|0) - feels like you could transit better here
img
tried to keep the streams as smooth as possible, i jack things better with my middle finger anyway :V

00:37:843 (37843|1,37957|0,37957|1,38071|0) - hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

00:39:211 (39211|3,39325|3,39439|3) - is this a mistake

00:42:860 - first off, this 1/6 is tighter than my butthole on glory days. secondly, 00:43:355 (43355|2,43431|2) - pls try not to have these jacks. its things like 00:42:860 (42860|1,42898|2,42936|0,42974|1,43088|2,43127|1,43165|3,43203|2) - these that disallow for much smoother rolls, and the effect of it is amplified because this song is on 263 bpm.
img
just use something like this, it allows for rolling things without stagger

00:58:825 (58825|2,58939|2) - these stacks, what are they good for? thing is i dont really see much merit in having these snare things have these stacks. having them on the synths makes much more sense to me, cuz of how itd stutter for 1/2 tick when it shifts in pitch. which is a real nice effect to follow. applies for the whole section

01:22:064 (82064|1,82064|3,82282|0,82282|2,82501|3,82501|1,82712|0,82712|2,82923|3,82923|1) - dont see why you would stop the 1/4 notes

ho boy time for the speed up

01:24:209 (84209|2,84261|3,84314|0,84314|2,84366|1,84419|0,84472|1) - this thing gets 100 times worse on 285 bpm, you can argue that the balance is sorta there but thing is it isnt smooth nor fun to meet with this sort of pattern on such a high bpm. 01:24:314 (84314|2,84366|1) - crtl-g

01:24:577 (84577|0,84630|1,84682|0,84735|2,84787|1,84840|2) - you can definitely do better than this.
img
was thinking of keeping the stack thing because of the music shifting pitch there

01:25:051 (85051|2,85103|1,85156|2,85209|1,85314|2,85366|1,85419|2,85472|1,85577|2,85630|1,85682|2) - welp
img
kept that thing at the start, rest are re-arranged up

01:26:261 (86261|0,86314|1,86366|0) - tend not to do this, i mean its alright but it wears on you esp. on 285

01:37:051 (97051|0,97156|0,97261|0) - hhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

you see those stacky things highlighted? yeah theyre now on both hands. try to make something like this when youre reviewing this chart

man ill be repeating myself over and over again if i keep on looking, ill just hhhh things that need re-arranging and you do them yourself

01:50:261 (110261|2,110314|3,110366|2,110419|3) - hhhhhhhhhh

welp im real tired right now, i dont feel like editing the ending either

the main thing youd need to look out for is how seemingly every js seems to hold some form of thrill thing one way or the other.
img
imo the second pattern definitely looks much more cleaner to play than the first one.

other than that, youre pretty consistent on the layering which is something i like

pardon if i seemingly blow up some of the pattern issues, its just given the backdrop of your streams in general everything seems to kinda look awkward in a sense.

hope my mod helped

good luck with rank~

hope you remember what i said i was gonna peek at

before i continue i would wanna say that all my image suggestions; esp the js ones; are for reference only (which mean i cant guarantee theyll fit properly in the js). i dont wanna actually change the whole js section because of how tight the streams can be.

01:25:787 (85787|0,85787|1,85840|2,85893|3,85945|2,85998|0,85998|1) - if i didnt fix this with the above screenshot, please try to re-arrange this. left hand is a little too relaxed innit

Well first things first, this is not too fun to play through, mostly due to how the 1/2 jacks are regulated here:
For example:
01:36:945 (96945|1,97051|1,97051|0,97156|0,97261|0,97366|1,97472|1) - well the last 2 notes are not too bad since one of them can be approximated by a trill but the first 5 notes can be taken as a straight 142.5 jack and there's a trill at the end which is pretty annoying to play'
01:24:419 (84419|2,84524|2,84735|3,84840|3) - Not too sure why you would have jacks here, 01:27:209 (87209|0,87314|0) - similarly, at this bpm, 1/2 jacks are quite noticeable and rather annoying if they appear out of no where to induce random difficulty

Secondly, because of the jacks I've mentioned before, the transitions in and out of jumpstreams felt rather weird, taking this "roll" for example:
01:29:156 (89156|1,89209|2,89314|3,89366|2) - to time this correctly is quite ass and the main problem here is that I have to transition into a 1/3 roll from a 1/4 roll then transition back to a 1/4, as for the suggestion I would strongly recommend to make the simpler streams/non-jumpstream sections a bit smoother (so basically have streams "linked" together)

Taking another example so as to further illustrate what I'm suggesting here is: 01:27:156 (87156|3,87156|1,87209|0,87261|2,87314|0,87366|3,87366|1,87419|2,87472|0,87524|3,87577|1,87630|0) - The main problem here is that if you would to break down the pattern here to the left and right hand you can see that they have really unorthodox rhythms attached to them and at 285 bpm.

I felt that there weren't any "accurate" difficulty curves with respect to the song itself but i guess it is what it is when it comes to d'n'b technical mapping

Not really a big fan of the charting style here, the jumpstreams don't flow too well and it really ticks me off but I wouldn't shun the fact that I might have been slightly influenced by eze's chart since I played that quite a fair bit

Might want to consider some other BN in this case unless you plan to make everything much smoother to play

Alright, I'll consider these. Thanks!

Just going to add more comments here since I asked eze to look through this chart too:

Eze:

00:29:518 - I guess for rhythm like this he can use generally trilly/split rolly (e.g. 2414[12]) bursts instead of what he has, little point of deviating pattern-wise
1/6 run feels kinda bleh but I think my left hand just sucks
01:27:156 - to 01:27:998 - odd chunk of 4321 roll bias
01:40:051 - 34/43 to minitrill creates a notable amount of rigidity
01:42:735 - don't think I've seen this pattern used (or of a similar variant) in this chart until this point, and again it's to no rhythm whatsoever so it's better to change this
other than that like... it's actually hard to pinpoint anything overly bad about it
I can see what ryuki is doing with some of the occasional trills/flams but like... it's not consistent
patterns generally feel random

Alright, I'll look through it. Thanks! (no kds)
