  1. Use 朋友出去走走 as a title, because the title must be in original language. Romanization is the same.
  2. You should add some tags. I recommend: 2 more loves (because it's this song's album), 郭彥均 (1st member of 2moro), 郭彥甫 (2nd member of 2moro). Also don't forget to add their romanized names: Guo Antony Angus (they are brothers, so you use surname (Guo) only once).
  3. I don't recommend to use low-quality (128kbps) mp3s when lossless quality is available. I recommend to use this (I'll provide when I have time) mp3, it's the best quality you can use.

Easy


  1. I'd recommend you to use CS 2.5, because your Easy is not the 'easiest easy'. I mean, if you used all settings lower, it would fit pretty well, but that would make a difficulty gap, so the best at this point is to use CS 2.5 - Big circles with this are look quite confusing, smaller will make visually bigger gaps between objects so it is harder to get confused there.

  1. 00:46:338 (1,2,3) - I would say there should not be note on 00:47:088 (2) - . It is in a song, but the rhythm is quite complicated and clicking a note in a middle of two, quite fast repeat sliders is not easy enough for players of normal diffs. He doesn't have enough time to react to all those repeats and middle-circle at once.

Conclusion: Rankable

Some things in Easy and Normal may be repeated, cuz I modded those two diffs yesterday.

General:
  1. Soooo many green lines. 0_0
  2. No tags? Maybe try to add some? Not a requirement but a suggestion for players to find this song a bit easier.
  3. Your BG resolution is a bit weird. It’s only like 1 pixel or so off, but everything have to be perfect, lol. I managed to fix your current one:

  4. Add this soundfile into your song’s folder to get rid of that annoying sliderslide:

    I think you’re going to have to add two of the above files and call them: “soft-sliderslide1” and “soft-sliderslide2”.

Easy:
  1. 00:28:338 (3) –Imo, a straight slider here will support this pattern better. Like this:
  2. 00:33:838 –I suggest adding a note here. It will fit nicely with the music and also prevent that awkward gap.
  3. 00:52:338 (3,1,2,1) –and so on . . . I feel you used too many of these repeat sliders. The rhythm gets too repetitive imo and also rather boring. Try to whip up more of a variety rhythms/patterns here. Something like this perhaps:
    There are other places in this diff where these constant repetitive sliders occur, but I’m not going to point out every single one. Just go through the diff and make sure that your repetivity doesn’t go out of hand.
  4. 01:43:338 (2,3) –Imo, a blanket here will look a bit better:
    But of course, this is just a knit-picky suggestion. Your current pattern is fine as well.
  5. 02:01:838 –Maybe add a note here? There’s a clear vocal, so perhaps it would be a good idea to map the vocal.
  6. 02:15:838 (2,1) –Unnecessary overlap. You’ve been avoiding nasty overlaps in the previous part of this diff, so I suggest you avoid this overlap as well. Just move 02:18:338 (1) – a bit lower.

Normal:
  1. 00:08:338 (3,4) –Ehhh, this kind of flow always look better to me:
  2. 00:18:338 (1) –Shouldn’t there be a finish on the head of this slider? If not, I suggest adding one since there’s a cymbal sound in the background music.
  3. 00:24:338 (3,1) –I don’t like it that (1) is like going right through (3) like that. It looks a bit crammed and not well structured. Perhaps do something like this instead for a better spaced-out pattern:
  4. 00:51:338 (2,3) –Be careful not to curve sliders too much since they tend to look ugly then.
  5. 01:12:338 (5,6) –Better flow?

  5. 00:50:088 (7,2) –Try to stack these two notes on top of each other. The pattern will look neater. Right now the overlapping is a bit irritating.
  6. 03:04:338 (7) –Maybe add a new combo here. The current combo feels a bit too long.

Like I said in-game, this is a pretty good mapset. Could do with a few more polishes and austhetics fixes of course but overall it looks very promising.

Have a intense sound before the end of this break, is in 02:56:338 - until 02:58:088 -, I think you can map this moment in all difficulties, what you think? Will consider doing this, though I'd like the break to go along with the Vocals since it feels the most fitting to me ><

So after reading -Nya-'s mod it seems aesthetically this mapset could be improved. Hopefully this will help. Most, if not all of these changes should be very easy to fix.

[Hard]

  1. 00:03:338 (3,5) - Blanket is off.
  2. 00:05:838 (7) - Two circles here would be better imo. That way the player can actually click on 00:06:088 - to begin the triplet.
  3. 00:13:338 (7,8,9,1) - I think you could improve the flow from 7 into the triplets. After 7 the player will have a right and slightly downward motion, but the triplets are pointed upward and curving left.
  4. 00:15:088 (2,3,4,5) - You could set them up as perfect triangles just to improve aesthetics and stuff.
  5. 00:16:088 (4) - -116||54
  6. 00:16:338 (5) - 45||113
  7. 00:23:338 (3,4,5) - Would be nice if you could make this centered on the screen. This shouldn't require a lot of fixing from the later circles too.
  8. 00:30:838 (2,3) - Idk about this overlap. It's very small so it almost seems more like a mistake than an intentional overlap.
  9. 01:10:338 (1,2) - ^This overlap is much better. I think you should try and aim for something more like this.
  10. 02:33:338 (9) - This slider maps some nice guitar sounds in the back, maybe use a different shape rather than a straight slider? It's in a good location to create some sort of symmetrical slider design too.
  11. 02:36:338 (5,6) - Could improve this overlap. Well actually here's an idea.... Some people like this design, others don't. i'll just show you anyways and you can be the judge of that.
  12. 03:05:338 (4) - Well, i guess this is a slow song, but maybe you could make this a 5-note stream instead of 3 note and use a 1/4 repeat slider instead of 1/2. Up to you though, i just felt this part was a bit undermapped for the hardest diff (unless you have an Insane GD in the works).
[Normal]

  1. 00:08:088 - You could add a note here imo. It would fit with your rhythm.
  2. 00:34:338 (1,3) - I wish you could do some sort of blanketting with this. With the AR you're using, you can actually see circle 3 appearing towards the end of slider 1 so I think blanketting would benefit this pattern aesthetically.
  3. 01:04:338 (5,6) - I think you could improve the rhythm here. The held guitar sound at 01:04:838 - Is omitted because right now it's mapped to a slider-end when it should be a slider-head since it's a held note. You could try a rhythm like this instead:
  4. 01:43:838 (3) - 1/2 slider instead?

  7. 03:02:338 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Is there some way you can maybe reduce density here just slightly? Compare this combo to any other combo on this diff and you'll notice it's very dense with no 1/1 gaps.

  9. 01:10:338 (1,2) - ^This overlap is much better. I think you should try and aim for something more like this.
  10. 02:33:338 (9) - This slider maps some nice guitar sounds in the back, maybe use a different shape rather than a straight slider? It's in a good location to create some sort of symmetrical slider design too. I like keeping it simple :c
  11. 02:36:338 (5,6) - Could improve this overlap. Well actually here's an idea.... Some people like this design, others don't. i'll just show you anyways and you can be the judge of that. me like it
  12. 03:05:338 (4) - Well, i guess this is a slow song, but maybe you could make this a 5-note stream instead of 3 note and use a 1/4 repeat slider instead of 1/2. Up to you though, i just felt this part was a bit undermapped for the hardest diff (unless you have an Insane GD in the works). did something else with the hitsounding here so it actually (hopefully) feels a bit faster, i don't really want to add anymore 1/4 though

  1. 00:08:088 - You could add a note here imo. It would fit with your rhythm. fine
  2. 00:34:338 (1,3) - I wish you could do some sort of blanketting with this. With the AR you're using, you can actually see circle 3 appearing towards the end of slider 1 so I think blanketting would benefit this pattern aesthetically. alrighty
  3. 01:04:338 (5,6) - I think you could improve the rhythm here. The held guitar sound at 01:04:838 - Is omitted because right now it's mapped to a slider-end when it should be a slider-head since it's a held note. You could try a rhythm like this instead: huh, current rythm honestly feels fine
  4. 01:43:838 (3) - 1/2 slider instead? would rather keep it consistent with the other start
