Hiya~
General is all clear.
[]
Probably best to make MX OD8.5 since it has no LNs. (Also because HD is OD8)
Why are there two red timing points at the start? o.o No need for them.
Keep,if someone in the future want to map this song at the start then they'll have the correct timingCounting in 0123

[NM]
00:16:031 (16031|0) - (Applies to all diffs using this) What's the point of using normal-hitnormal for these parts? It's meant to represent chords but it just sounds awful. Best to make it soft like the rest of the piano.
00:16:031 (16031|0,16231|1,16431|2,16631|0,16831|3,17031|1,17231|3,17431|2) - Pitch relevancy in this pattern can be improved quite a lot to make it more balanced. Perhaps something like this?
00:16:031 (16031|0,16231|1) - CTRL+G
00:16:631 (16631|0) - Move to 1
00:16:831 (16831|3) - Move to 2
00:17:031 (17031|1) - Move to 0
00:17:431 (17431|2) - Move to 1
Looking like:
Also in the next section of the slow part - it appears copy and pasted? Surely you can rearrange the second pattern.
00:42:031 (42031|2,42831|2,43631|2,44431|2,45231|2,46031|2,46831|2,47631|2,48431|2,49231|2,50431|2) - Uh.. This column is played every second white tick for 8 seconds... You should really focus on spreading these patterns out. If it's intentional, then it doesn't play well ;w;..
01:08:431 (68431|1) - Lower pitch - move to 0
01:08:831 (68831|0,68931|3,69031|2,69131|1,69231|2) - This stream should play a bit smoother. No need for such a big jump in the stream in NM. Try something like 01232
01:14:831 (74831|2) - Move to 3, same pitch as the note before it at 3 and creates better balance for next notes.
01:17:431 (77431|2,77531|1,77631|3) - Descending in pitch, best to use 321 instead.
Actually to be honest, try something like this: (a lot smoother in terms of playability and fits pitch better.)
01:46:831 (106831|3) - Move to 2, lower pitch.
01:47:231 (107231|1) - Move to 3, higher pitch.
01:47:431 (107431|2,107831|1) - Then CTRL+H for balance.
01:47:931 (107931|3,108031|0,108231|3,108431|0) - No need for this 0303, just smooth patterns out since it's a soft section.
01:52:231 (112231|1,112631|2,113031|1) - CTRL+H, more balanced.
01:56:231 (116231|0) - Move to 1 for balance.
02:18:031 (138031|0) - Move to 1 for balance.
02:30:831 (150831|3) - Move to 2 for balance.
02:32:031 (152031|3,152231|2,152431|3,152631|2,152831|3,153031|2) - This 323232 doesn't really play that well since it can confuse players in terms of the 1/4 in the middle.
02:36:431 (156431|1) - Move to 2 for balance.
[HD]
00:22:431 (22431|0) - Move to 1, no need for jack.
00:23:231 (23231|3) - Move to 2, lower pitch.
00:30:631 (30631|1) - Move to 2, no need for jack.
Or you can make the pattern like this instead:
00:35:231 (35231|0) - Move to 1, no need for jack.
00:36:031 (36031|3) - Move to 2, lower pitch.
aaa copy paste, I don't need to mention the same things.
00:47:031 (47031|2) - Honestly for this stream something like this could work better: (Flows nicely into the next notes and plays a lot better.)
00:52:831 (52831|0) - Try:
Honestly some of these streams just feel unnecessarily awkward.
01:10:431 (70431|2,70731|1) - Move left by 1
01:11:031 (71031|1,71431|0) - Move right by 1, these suggestions just make it a bit more balanced, the spaced chords work better here.
02:01:031 (121031|3,121231|2) - Move left by 1, no need for jacks since wrong pitch.
02:06:031 (126031|0) - Try: (Just flows better)

I've taken a quick look at the MX diff and it seems quite a lot better in terms of map quality. Your main focus should be on the easier diffs, I've intentionally left a few things out since it was the same problems / issues coming up repeatedly.
Also the hitsounds are just noisy in general. They don't particularly fit the music or are consistent, therefore you may have a few issues in the future if you're not willing to change a few samples. (I understand that a map recently got ranked with the same hitsounds although they weren't considered good at all.)
Goodluck!
