from my bg modding queue:

I found the original image (pretty easy since the site you found it on was in the image name :P) then cropped a bit off the top and bottom to get it to 16:9. That was really the only change. This version is png instead of jpg because the image's vibrant colors lose their sharpness on the edges when saved as jpg. Here is the new image:
