Not asking about best sens for mouse..but is it normal to change mouse sensitivity frequently?

I'd say that it's perfectly fine to mess with your sensitivity until you find something that you feel very comfortable playing with. You're going to have to stick with one sensitivity eventually though. Otherwise you're going to have an extremely difficult time developing muscle memory and with overall improvement.

As cute penguin said, it's okay to mess with sens until you find a proper one to play with. But changing it often will not lead to anything good.
