Disable Widescreen Support how it's made in other diffs.
00:09:923 (1) - The strong sound in the middle of this slider is just skipped which is kinda weird for player when he'll play next combo and has this sound clickable. I would suggest you to make here that rhythm how it is on 00:13:479 (1,2) or with three circles.
00:24:146 (1,2,3,4) - This jumps, especially a (2,3) aren't following a music. You followed vocal which is 100% fine, but then why you've putted the smallest DS in the strongest sound in pattern?
00:56:812 (3,4,5,6,7) - The burst has really good shape to this part, but the start of it is unreadable a bit. I felt when I was playing this diff 00:56:812 (3,4,5) has a 1/2 break within them. Since in the rest of the map you haven't putted a burst like this, could you make DS everywhere the same in burst?
01:42:367 (1) - The same as in first point.
01:59:479 - On that strong sound you should put a note especially when it's putted in 01:59:034 (4). Then just move the spinner to 01:59:590.

00:21:923 (5,6,7) – This spacing is nuts. There's a huge jump from calm to intense, and it feels bad. I need some kind of transition between moving calmly and moving rapidly.
00:15:257 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) – Part of the problem stems from this feeling wholly underwhelming. I get that the song is calm and you want to reflect that. However, I don't feel like I'm playing the game since these rhythms don't give me enough to interact with. As a result, this section is a bit boring rather than expressive.

00:30:257 (3,4) – This is nuts. The “tsu” lyric is a hushed vocal and isn't really sung at all, which makes me feel like the song is weak here. The map is the opposite. A ¼ rhythm like this plays very intensely, which also goes against the general calm feeling from this section. It's kind of like saying if someone sang “spy” in English, then they sing for two syllables. One is a hushed “su” lyric before a pronounced “pie” lyric. It's very similar to what's going on here, and it just plays like horseradish.

As for the rest of the stuff you changed in this new difficulty, it's not that you made it better, you made it for a different audience who likes a different thing. That's fine, I can see the intended experience you're delivering, but I was one of the people who liked your other map more. I actually don't like ¼ spaced stuff, so I feel a bit bait-and-switched. Anyway, don't change anything here since I don't think it's worth your time to change something that's technically rankable.

00:55:479 (5,7) – Do these have to be perfectly stacked? It's hard for me to see them. Why make this hard to read? By offsetting the circles a little bit, I'm able to read the pattern better, which I feel provides a better play experience.

01:01:034 (6,7,8,1) – The 6 → 7 → 8 flow is a bit awkward. I have to move a tiny bit up to get to (7), and this really throws me off to then go the other direction to (8). I personally suck so much at ¼ spacing so I'm not sure if this is really an issue, but it also feels weird how 6,7,8 are just slightly off from being pure linear.

[General]

the difficulty gap between hard and eLy's insane is pretty high in terms of star rating and aiming. you could notice that hard difficulty uses constant spacing among difficulty, while eLy's insane difficulty uses high spacing between hitobjects (such as 01:58:812 (3,4) - ). so it might be better to add a difficulty between these difficulties, like light insane. in order to make the difficulty spread better.
02:06:368 - use 5%-volume green line here will be better since there is literally no sound here.
It's a cut version, so I'd recommend to add "cut version" in tags too.

[Easy]

00:53:479 (2) - since the sound here isn't really dominant, so i think this hitcircle shouldn't be here. might be better to make a reverse on 00:52:590 (1) -, in order to represent the song's intensity.
01:31:479 - the vocal here is pretty discernible, players could get easily confused that the slider 01:31:701 (2) - is placed at 01:31:479 -. and since the previous hitobjects have been followed the vocal rhythm, so i think 01:29:923 (1,2) - should too. for instance, you could do something like this in order to represent the vocal sound at here.

In general, I think kiai section could be more variety. Using only 1/1 sliders and 3/2 sliders might be a little bit uninteresting. I'd recommend to add 2/1 sliders for variety. For example, 00:56:146 (3,4) - could be instead 2/1 sliders. This will make variety among kiai section and looks more interesting.

[Normal]

I think you could better use circle size 3.2, in order to make it different from Advanced difficulty since current circle sizes of Normal and Advanced difficulties are the same.
00:03:479 (5) - idk what that sound called, but there is also the same sound at 00:03:701 -. so i think this spot could be a circle and a 1/2 slider with 1/2-beat gap long between each hitobjects instead of 1/1 slider, in order to emphasize the sound's rhythm better.
00:57:923 (1) - i don't think using 1/1 slider here is suitable with the vocal's rhythm. as the lyric here is "独り (ひとり)" so i'm pretty sure that there is a vocal at 00:58:146 -. So I think using a 1/2 slider and a reverse here could represent the vocal's rhythm better, rather than using a 1/1 slider.

[Advanced]

00:03:479 (5) - As same as Normal difficulty here, so using a circle and a 1/2 slider with 1/2-beat gap long between each hitobjects instead of 1/1 slider, in order to emphasize the sound's rhythm better.
00:36:146 (4,5,1) - since both the instrumental sound and vocal sound here are pretty dominant, making the hitobjects stacked to one another isn't really suitable with the song's intensity here since the hitobjects give really low movement to players, and that makes these give less feedback to players. So I'd recommend to unstack these hitobjects in order to make the hitobjects here give more feedback to players.
00:48:812 (5) - there is literally no dominant sound here to make this hitcircle at this spot exist. I think it might be better to make this part 00:48:590 (4,5) - become 1/2 slider instead.

[Hard]

00:43:701 (1,2,3) - will be better to swap these hitobjects since the vocal sound at 00:43:701 -, 00:43:923 - and 00:44:146 -, while there is no vocal sound at 00:44:368 - at all.
00:46:590 (4,5) - swap these too, because the vocal sound at 00:46:812 - has more density than the other vocal sounds in this part.

So try to make these hitobjects become nearer to each other or make the hitobjects 00:07:479 (5,6) - go further to each other, to make a distinct visual spacing to avoid having an unfair reading problem to players. As same as 00:13:923 (2,3,4,5) -.
00:21:923 (6,7,1) - the spacing between each hitobjects here is kinda ambiguous here. since the previous stacked hitcircles like 00:20:034 (4,5) - are stacked with 1/4-beat long gap between hitobjects, players' intuition will understand that these hitobjects 00:22:146 (7,1) - are also have 1/4-beat gap long between each hitobject too, making players gathering 100s or even a miss here. the difficulty gap between hard and eLy's insane is pretty high in terms of star rating and aiming. you could notice that hard difficulty uses constant spacing among difficulty, while eLy's insane difficulty uses high spacing between hitobjects (such as 01:58:812 (3,4) - ). so it might be better to add a difficulty between these difficulties, like light insane. in order to make the difficulty spread better. I don't think that the diff gap is a very big problem tbh, Hard has alot of triplets and is pretty dense i don't think that is a good idea to add a new diff :/
02:06:368 - use 5%-volume green line here will be better since there is literally no sound here. done!
It's a cut version, so I'd recommend to add "cut version" in tags too. ^
[Easy]
00:53:479 (2) - since the sound here isn't really dominant, so i think this hitcircle shouldn't be here. might be better to make a reverse on 00:52:590 (1) -, in order to represent the song's intensity. okk
01:31:479 - the vocal here is pretty discernible, players could get easily confused that the slider 01:31:701 (2) - is placed at 01:31:479 -. and since the previous hitobjects have been followed the vocal rhythm, so i think 01:29:923 (1,2) - should too. for instance, you could do something like this in order to represent the vocal sound at here. yup
In general, I think kiai section could be more variety. Using only 1/1 sliders and 3/2 sliders might be a little bit uninteresting. I'd recommend to add 2/1 sliders for variety. For example, 00:56:146 (3,4) - could be instead 2/1 sliders. This will make variety among kiai section and looks more interesting. yes you're right

00:57:923 (1) - i don't think using 1/1 slider here is suitable with the vocal's rhythm. as the lyric here is "独り (ひとり)" so i'm pretty sure that there is a vocal at 00:58:146 -. So I think using a 1/2 slider and a reverse here could represent the vocal's rhythm better, rather than using a 1/1 slider. yep
