I can't find a source stating that it contains tv size on the title.
All I know is that for the short version, it is titled Aerodynamics Girls and Boys Poem, while on the full version, it's Aerodynamics Girls and Boys Song.

Just wanted to point this out since this title honestly bugs me like crazy >_<. Try to contact a QAT and get this fixed asap.

"Aerodynamics Girls and Boys Poem" isn't an official translation. This never appears on the official website, CD, or anything. Actually, I think the translation was made up from someone here at osu! lol. You shouldn't have a problem having this in the tags, but I really disagree with it being in the title. If you can find an official translation, then you can keep the title. I however, could not find one.
