Hi zan! I'll just give a quick reaction to your diffs, hope you can find something good here to improve your mapping skills!
NM : By me getting an SS for my first time playing this diff means its actually good for NM however were in normal difficulty, i suggest you add alittle bit of tricks that is used to welcome or signify the "HARD" diff already, btw nice mapping, i really like the flow of the notes which is not actually really hard to read. But some of the placement are not synced for the beat itself.
HD: Nice diff actually just a little bit of fixing should do.

00:21:090 (21090|3,22402|2,23713|1) - because its called NM you should not follow the guitard or shorten the lns cuz it might be too hard. reasons for these lns for being shorts please.

The difficulty spread is fine. There's an equal amount of increasing difficulty between Normal, Hard, and Insane.
I will double-check the timing just to be sure.

EDIT: Here's the timing I got. It's a rough timing, but it should be passable:



The mapset itself is very good, so no problems there. Call me once this map gets nominated (bubbled).
