-The MP3 file is 320 kbps. You can use Audacity to export it into a 192kbps, or just tell me and I'll export it. Because 320 kbps takes more space.
-Widescreen Support is for storyboard, in this case, you don't have. You can untick the option.
-In the tags, ED2 doesn't seem to be a thing that we know. Since this song's an ending song from an anime, why not write simply "ending".

-For me, countdowns don't fit in maps. Maybe you can disable the option.
-Reduce the Approach Rate to one tick?

[General]
The volume of your hitsounds is too high compared to osu! soft-hitnormal.
At full osu! volume I sometimes feel the soft hitnormal hitsound used at the start of the map can't be heard (Especialy in Insane). Maybe put the hitsound volume higher.

[Insane]
01:09:358 (1,2,1) - Hitsounds are impossible to hear, you should up the volume.
00:54:273 (5) - Disturbing hitsound change
01:33:615 (1) - You should try to use the same spacing as the rest of the stream.
02:07:215 - Maybe extend the 7 slider to here, there is the same sond you are folowing before here so it feels like

something is missing.
03:01:987 (4) - Endpoint 1 grid lower looks better imo.
03:21:358 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - Put hitsound volume higher it's imposible to hear them.

01:09:701 (1) - This sonds realy wired imo. Maybe you can do two sliders. One starting from here and ending at 01:10:215 - and the second one starting on 01:10:558 - and ending on 01:11:072 -
01:49:644 - The vocal here without notes feel empty. Adding a slider from here to 01:49:815 - ?
02:36:787 - The sound you follow with next (1,2,3) start here, so why there isn't a note here ?
03:19:301 (1) - Starting at 03:19:130 - ending at 03:19:644 - folowing the vocal seams better and the vocal have a holding note nice for sliders.
03:21:358 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6) - Volume hitsounds up.
