I'm unsure if the spinner is placed at the right time, since its end doesn't fit in with that double clap. Move spinner at 00:14:886 to 00:13:715 - 00:15:590 instead. That way, you can place a 1/2 slider at 00:16:761 for that double clap sound in the music. Nah, it's supposed to go with the vocals.
00:19:105 - Switch whistle with a finish sound effect instead You'll see, I used whistles on every diff because a finish would be too strong
00:22:855 - ^ Saame
00:38:090 - Add a clap to the head of the slider Hue, sounds pretty loud, I prefer not to add it.
00:43:715 - Add whistle? No, I don't like how it emphasizes something that is not there.

00:02:465 - 00:13:246, though there's more notes, the placements of all these objects are pretty much the same with Easy mode. Try changing it's format a bit? No, Easy - Normal is not a very big gap, that's why I did this on purpose.
00:16:996 - Add in a hit circle? Would be too sudden after the Spinner.

Hard:
01:18:636 - Add a finish to the tail of this slider instead No, would be too much with the following finish

Generals:
Circle colors should be preferable atleast like blue,light blue,dark blue, and (your choice) because it needs an matching with the tv sized map since its water (almost water) swimming anime i prefer this.. I made the colors to fit the video, I used the blue colors when the video starts to get related to water. But I adjusted the blue colors a bit.

If this going to be ranked i suggest easy has 1 or 2 stars atm..

I can't find major mistakes, your map is really good and should be bubbled

1. What? Kyoto Animation should be in tags, since you use their animation. You know, give some respect to these guys!
2. Some of your colours are too bright and may hurt players eye! Try to fade Colours 3,4 and 7 a bit. I think it will work better.
3. Video is a little bit late, isn't it? Just a little bit, I guess15-20ms ;_;

1. Reduce your HP Drain or add more beats to begining. So, HP Drain won't kill players even if they miss two beats. Really, those looong gaps will confuse beginners. And since rhythm is pretty hard for beginners (something different from 1/1 and 2/1 rhythm, you could reduce HP as well!)
2. 00:20:746 - 00:24:496 - 00:28:246 - I'd place here a circle. It may be a little bit hard for an [Easy] diff, but it will make rhythm more consistent and it fits here really good! Probably you should add claps on these beats.
   
   Pretty good diff, I don't really like your rhythm here but it's just me. You've made a great diff! it's hard to like something when you look at these guys in the swimming pool ._.
