I have a problem with my hit circles and hit circles overlay

So i just started creating a skin and i have a problem where my hit circles are too small even thought i made them 128x128. I also need help on hit circle overlays and approach circles. Help much appreciated :>

128 x 128 is for SD, 256 x 256 is for HD aka @2x.
You can read more about HD and SD in this tutorial
