I tried setting the offset to 667ms and it seems to work out just fine with it. :-3

nothing wrong with this at all

[Normal]
00:21:38 (3) - spacing is slightly wide
00:43:58 (6) - new combo?

[Hard]
00:13:14 (3) - spacing looks slightly wide?

Offset: 695. That works a lot better for me.

Also I suggest when you use sample/volume changing timing sections, put them a TAD before the actual notes, because if someone clicks too early and the section is on a note, he gets the wrong sample/volume.

Easy is fine

So is Normal

Hard:
00:18:21 (3) - New combo maybe, for the spacing change.
01:14:87 (6) - ^
01:32:63 (3) - ^
