If I recall correctly the only way to get them is to go onto the news post for them and then download them all from there. If you also want some of the older ones, you will need to the same thing for them
Hey i know it's late but here i found way to get osu! seasonal background, but first enable "Show hidden folder" on explorer settings and then follow this path
osu/Data/bg

It's a shame that this only applies to current seasonal backgrounds.
I would like to receive the originals of previous seasonal backgrounds, for example the following:
- https://assets.ppy.sh/contests/82/entries/Jubilant%20Stoat.jpg
- https://assets.ppy.sh/contests/92/entries/Concerned%20Kinglet.jpg
- https://assets.ppy.sh/contests/92/entries/Resilient%20Woodpecker.jpg
Any ideas how you can find such backgrounds?

But unfortunately, I cannot find the post about Winter backgrounds 2019, in which this background is located.
I tried to change the download link of the archive for the subsequent season on the backgrounds in the following way:
