i am desperate to make my own skin :) however i made one on the skin maker site but idk how to put it in the game i use wubs ctb skin just now and want to alternate it into a custom version that matches me XD so like purplish and darkish colours with a animated slash at the hp bars left area or something :) anyone help me try and make it possible ? :D

if its an .osk file than you can somply drop it into osu or open it with osu. After that you will find it inside the skins folder inside your osu folder.
There isnt much you need to know to change the colours, just some basic knowledge with an image editor of your choice that does support transparency.
Also please note that a skin has to be fully original in order to be shared on the skinning forums. If its not completly made by you, then you are not allowed to post it in the forums, but feel free to put it on your userpage and share it with others outside of the skinnign forum
