Go into the folder of the skin, open the skin.ini and set HitCircleOverlap to 0 and reload the skin. This should make the numbers move a lot closer so that they arent outside of the circle anymore. After this you can slowly adjust the spacing between the numbers. Negative numbers move the numbers further apart, positive ones move them closer to eachother
