[Resolved] Question on Modding V2

Hello, so I have a question regarding the new modding system.

If someone created a GD, would the person who made the GD be able to mark discussions as resolved or reopen them?

If so, how do I go about that

No, you will have to resolve issues after the guest mapper indicated that they are solved.
Reopening issues is something everyone can do so nothing special to look out for there.
