Just play,like you always do and you will get where u were.
I was not playing osu for 3 days and have top scores, lol.
But of course I warmed up with few maps like, corner jumps,square jumps, burst maps, and few maps with relax, I usually do freedom dive four dimension Dthdrx, go for 97-98%, also maps like bluenation, bluezenith, if my aim is sloppy.
For tapping I would singletapping, alternate etc..
