I'm currently using the -yugen final ws- skin and was wondering if there was a way to make the hitsounds more consistent. I quite like the skin itself looks-wise, but sometimes when I hit a slider it makes a snare drum sound as I slide and then other times it doesn't. The same thing happens with normal hits, different sounds. Any help is appreciated, thank you! (might be worth noting that i have turned off beatmap hitsounds).

You could just edit the hitsounds. You can find and replace the ones that annoy you or you can change the hitsound set to one from another skin.

right but how do i do that? i can find all the sounds i don't like in the files but how can i make them all the one that i do like
just remove the ones you don't like, copy the one you like and name that copy like the ones you just deleted
