When it's in Bold, it's because it's an important point;
When it's in Bold/Red, it means that it's really important/unrankable.
By looking at the other difficulties (Hard, Insane) the SV is really too high. As said above, try to keep the spread at around.. 1,20 > 1,40 > 1,60.
•Since the song is getting more calm to 01:29:017, the Kiai time should end there on every difficulty.
•00:14:033 - On every difficulties, Why there's nothing here? We should be starting playing there. So add a slider from 00:14:033 to 00:14:459 or even, add two circles on both points.
•For Hard and Insane, the Hard difficulty does not have any hitsounds and the Insane's one are very inconsistent. Try to use the Normal's hitsounds for both Hard and Insane. Call me back after doing this.
01:22:626 - Same as above ^

•I wonder why, the slider velocity are so high for Hard and Insane when the Normal difficulty has a Slider Velocity of 1.20. There's something wrong for sure here. Since the spread goes from 1.20 to 2.50 to 2.70. By looking at the other difficulties (Hard, Insane) the SV is really too high. As said above, try to keep the spread at around.. 1,20 > 1,40 > 1,60.
•Since the song is getting more calm to 01:29:017, the Kiai time should end there on every difficulty.
•00:14:033 - On every difficulties, Why there's nothing here? We should be starting playing there. So add a slider from 00:14:033 to 00:14:459 or even, add two circles on both points.

This box is for hitsounds. When I look for hitsounds, I am mostly looking for the consistency. Sometimes I may give some suggestions
•00:31:926 (2,1) - For the claps, this was an huge mistake. You were actually placing claps on every two and fourth line and suddently, you added on to 00:33:631 and you completly skipped this one 00:34:057. So actually, this is simple, to make everything consistent, delete the clap at 00:33:631 and add one to 00:34:057. By doing this, there's no mistake about the rhythm!
•01:05:158 (1,1) - This is a suggestion but anyways, add a whistle to the spinner's end, after that, add a finish to the Slider's start (01:08:566) It actually sounds really good by adding a whistle on the spinner, also, the finish seems more calm with the whistle. Just try it and say to me how you think about it.
•00:40:447 (1,1) - As I said here ^. Add a whistle on 00:40:873 and add a finish to 00:41:299
•01:29:017 - Since the song is getting more softer here, you could add a finish here.

This box means that I am looking at flows and useless circle/slider that doesn't sound really good or even, doesn't fit well for the difficulty.
•00:17:015 (1) - This is like, too much closer from 00:15:737 (2) - . I'm suggesting you to move it to x:224 y:112 but also, make sure that these sliders (00:18:293 (2,3) - ) are not broking the spacing. So use the distance snap and snap it like you did before the change. (It should be the same for the others)
•00:23:406 (4) - This may confuse novice players because it's under the slider. Maybe you could try to rearrange it with the next sliders.
•00:28:518 (1,2) - Something went wrong here because the spacing was consistent on 0.80x and now, the spacing is now 0,83x. Try to fix this.
•01:12:827 (2) - I would have like to see this circle being on the same axis of 01:11:123 (4) - .
•01:16:235 (2) - This is a nice sliders shape! I like it (No change here.)
