=> I generally don't prefer high AR ;w; and AR6 for 4.5 star difficulty is already fast enough in my opinion.

Vivace
I prefer AR9 in this diff, because the 192 real BPM and some complex patterns. Also AR9 cause some feeling of nervous which fit the music.
=> same as above, and yeah it almost feels like 192BPM due to the 1/4 pianos but the drum beat lets us know that this is 96BPM and I don't think AR9 fits on this kind of "slow-drumbeat based" musics..
music itself is pretty much "grand" feeling and I don't want busy AR9 on this..

I'm not sure if you really need speed-up patterns in the diff (especially when it's the easiest one)...
01:44:056 (3) - move right/down a bit may make the flow better
02:07:806 (1) - looks not so good. I noticed you tend to draw sliders using 3 points, sometimes for the long ones, it may looks a bit poor (because of the shape of the curve)
02:36:556 (3) - a reversed 1/1 slider may fit better since a rhythm change here.

[Allegro]
00:06:856 (4) - remove the whistle at the end, i think you could keep it the same with (3). I won't suggest this in Vivace diff though, because this diff give more feeling of "stop" at this pattern.
00:11:868 (4) - ^
00:15:305 (1) - this stack effect looks not so good, try to rearrange here?
00:56:556 (5) - should be two circles according to how you put notes before?

=> Sorry but I can't (this isn't because I'm lazy, I would do that It if I think I can kinda map easier one. As you know, this map is almost like 192BPM (1/4 everywhere) and you know it's not easy to make 192BPM easy map.. I have no confident if I could make enjoyable easy here.. ;w;

-> I just recalled my very first time at osu!, and this is something that i felt : hards are way too hard for me, but 3 star or below maps are just too boring.
I used speedup and some easily readable 1/4 to entertain them, and I think it should work (also I enjoyed easy but speedup maps)

-> I usually ask this guy http://osu.ppy.sh/u/seren (as you can see, he's kinda normal~hard player with 48 level) when I map a hard or lower difficulty since he is one of the "real" normal~hard difficulty player. (unlike many modders, who are actually far beyond that, usually playing insane or Extra)

many of modders suggested the same problem you mentioned but I think it's better to listen to that Seren this time.
If someone would to have problem dealing with this, I think he should be the one, but he had no problem dealing with this, usually getting all the 300s. ( but actually he had problem doing the red-colored jumps

but anyways. )

His opinion was : 96BPM 1/4 is not even a problem. BUT the sliders in the middle makes it even harder to read or play. (It's different from 02:27:806 (1) - s, you know)

so that's why I didnt fixed that part, please understand this >~<

For Arnold's mod, I implicitly applied the mod be enhancing the consistancy using dkd kkd; and for NR's mod, fixed all except the finishes one as the piano clearly indicates accents there.
