[General]

Add "DISTORTED NEW AGE " to the tags, that is the genre of the song in-game.

[Another]

00:08:782 (1) - There is an issue with the repeat slider, It's 5 beats. Why is this an issue? Well you have a stream leading right after this repeat slider, and with the 5 repeats it causes the player to have to start the stream on the offbeat (The blue tick) and that is very confusing at first glance and hard to play. (But that might just be me.) I suggest you make this a 4 beat repeat so that the stream can start on the white tick.
00:40:612 (1) - This area here is really killer on the HP drain, I almost failed here every time because of the harder jumps before and after the spinner. Add a few more combos in this section, it will help the player get his/her HP back up. (Example: 00:41:709 (7) - 00:43:904 (7) - and 00:46:099 (7) - To keep the to combo pattern you've been following.)
00:53:234 (7,8) - Stacks like this are really hard to read at times. I suggest you just make 7 a repeat and delete 8. Will serve for better readability.
00:55:978 (1,2,3) - This pattern is an issue too. The start of 3 is hidden so it's hard to tell when it starts, move it over some so we can at least see it's approach circle better? It really blends with 2's.
01:02:929 (1) - Remove NC, there is no reason for it and it's making this jump confusing to read.
01:03:660 (1,2,3) - This pattern just feels weird to play for me, Maybe do something like this: http://puu.sh/ORp5 I just reshaped 2 to a more curvy slider and added a repeat. Then move 3 over so 2 blankets it.
01:23:417 (1,2,3,4,5) - Put these notes closer together, they don't really fit with the rest of your streams you have.
01:38:691 (1) - Add a note on the red tick before this and stacked ontop of this note? I can hear why you are skipping the beat but when you do this you are just throwing all the flow out the window and making the player just stop in place and start up again for this odd note.
01:43:538 (1,2,3,4) - Again this stream does not fit with the rest of your streams.
01:47:929 (1,1,1) - These should be all one combo, this combo spam is just not needed.

[Twice's Hyper]

01:05:490 (5) - There is an issue with this stack. Notice on the slider before the stacked notes started on the red tick after the tail, but on this slider there is a pause and the stack starts on the white tick. The player is going to think the stack is starting on the red tick again and they will miss, i suggest you move this note out of the stack or add a note on the red tick.

[Boss' Normal]

00:12:075 (1,2) - Why did you all of a sudden change the spacing? You should keep Normals at one spacing level so the beginners don't get confused. Other than that it's a very clean normal and I don't see anything wrong.

[Beginner]

00:09:880 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - These 2 combos don't fit the music very well because you are skipping those dramatic beats in the middle. Maybe make 1 into a slider that leads to 2 so you are not skipping that beat and you are fitting the music better. Or do something because these do not fit.

[Wmf's Taiko]

First things first change the SV to 1.4 There is NO reason a song that is 160+BPM needs 1.6 slider velocity, it is perfectly readable and playable at 1.4.

00:01:465 (2,3,4,5) - Try a different pattern for these 1/6 beats. dkdd feels really off to play, but the dkkd and dkdk you used work very well and feel more fitting to the song. Try kkkd and kddk aswell they work nicely and add some verity.
00:07:685 (40) - Remove this finish, there is no finish sound here.
00:21:953 (129) - Try making this a normal don. It flows a lot nicer into the next notes then a kat, and breaks up that long kat pattern you have going. Also this shouldn't be a finisher, there is no finish sound.
00:25:063 (152) - Try making this a don aswell, it helps you keep that k d k d k d structure you have going.
00:27:990 (173,174) - Try reversing these 2 notes, the d k serves as a better lead into ddk and feels more comfortable then k d.
00:30:734 (193) - Again there is no finisher sound here.
00:34:026 (217) - Try making this a don, all these long kat patterns you have really do not fit well. They might match the melody but they don't help the drum beat at all.
01:08:051 (390,391,392,393,394) - alright this is a big issue, this does not fit AT ALL. The 1/6 might fit a little bit but the 1/3 right after it do not fit at all and are very hard to play and understand because there are no 1/3 beats here. these are destroying your flow and are going to kill players accuracy. You need to change these to something more fitting. Yes, every time you did this needs to be changed.
01:15:734 (444,445,446,447,448,449) - All these notes with finishes in this pattern need to be removed, again there is no finish sound why are you adding finisher? I could understand if it was to emphasize the music but these finishers are not doing that.

I'll star for now and keep an eye out, but I think your insane and taiko need some more mods. Good luck.

all fixed, changed the source to Troupe Record and added DISTORTED NEW AGE to the tags.

This is a melodic accent so I'll leave it as it is. Finishes are not necessarily refer to the "finish sound" and in particular there is no "finish" snare in the taiko gameplay. It's about sth worth to highlight, in particular accents in the music. Accents are not necessariy delivered in the single way (finish sound), but through many ways, like a fortepiano note, a short term staccato behvaior, sudden breaks, pushing the climax, etc.

Dealing with the melody is enough. You're right the whole k stuffs goes with the high pitch phrases.

It's totally reasonable and fun based on the given melody. Comparing with ordinary 1/4 streams, the 1/6 will first be highlighted, and then the 1/3s acts as a buffer zone to bridge between the normal beating. A continuous soundinds is delivered by the music in the kiai time, and a 2/3 break is of course breaking the flow and more importantly the original message of the music. Such arrangement is providing a smooth connection from phrases to phrases. Remember, "being hard to play" is not a reason.
01:15:734 (444,445,446,447,448,449) - All these notes with finishes in this pattern need to be removed, again there is no finish sound why are you adding finisher? I could understand if it was to emphasize the music but these finishers are not doing that.
This is a obvious transition from the two repeating block of the kiai section, and the finishes perfectly paraphrase the gradually louder feeling and then push everything to the repeating block again.
I'll star for now and keep an eye out, but I think your insane and taiko need some more mods. Good luck.

Remember, taiko is not about how you follow the drums, it's also not about how to follow the music strictly, it's about delievering the emotion of the music accurately.

For H and I, I feel like the usage of the claps can be more consistent, despite the strong accents from the music, you have to make decision between let the claps be normal hitsounds or to be a regular beating, but you mixed both alternately in the music. If you are making regular beating, as this is a waltz beat, make sure you are placing claps in all 2nd and 3rd beat, not the 3rd beat only otherwise it sounds lonely as mentioned above.

00:24:148 (6) - I would do a bit more curled end.
00:45:917 (6) - y:36. Its off the pattern here.

00:25:063 (8) - Remove. I was thinking it would be better if here you make (7) and (1) 1.60x as you did between (4) and (5). It flows nicely if you do that instead of putting that note there.
00:27:075 (6) - Make (6) closer to (5) and do the jump from (6) to (1) not from (5) to (6). It fits in much more as its a jump between two combos.
00:34:392 (2) - Reverse selection. Then the combo will start easy and end harder, because you change the snap at (4), which I personally like more than same snap all the time, so just a suggestion this is.
00:35:856 (6) - Spacing 2.10x - 2.20x?
01:36:221 (4) - x:256 and y:272
and 01:36:587 (5) - x:256 and y:80 so that you use the whole grid as the song goes.

Are you sure "instrument" is needed in the tags because "instrumental" is in the tags? also remove Instrumental in the tags. once it gets ranked, it should go to that genre.

[Beginner]
I feel that the AR is too slow and i also feel that the OD should be raised a bit for a bit of a challenge. instead them both by 1. i feel that by doing this, the diff would be balanced.
00:02:197 (2,3) - i'm feel that a 1/1 repeat slider should go here instead of the 2 circles. i can feel the flow and feeling in this as the instrumental sounds as if it's jumping from 1 side to the other somehow.
00:06:587 (2,3) - ^
00:09:880 (1,2,3,4) - do something like this instead, but that if you want to keep (1) as it is. if you ignore this, then make (1) symmetrical so that the blanket is nicer. it shows during gameplay that the blanket is uneven.
00:29:636 (3) - consider unstacking this and moving this at the end of the blue (1). i think it'd be easier for beginners who play this for the 1st time during gameplay since the hitburst is covering the next note during gameplay.

00:02:563 (3,4) - move these notes here instead. the circles would be aligned diagonally to the end of the slider, and 94) would be blanketed by (1) as you see here. i think doing this would flow smoother during gameplay.
00:06:221 (2) - replace the whistle for a finish. it should match the "ding" in the song.
00:17:929 (3) - maybe you can make this slider like (1)? this includes the not only by the look, but the direction as well. i think it'll be easier to clear for other players and the direction it's taking is straightforward.

i feel that AR8 looks too slow with patterns like this. increase the AR by 1 for that flowy feeling to the map.

00:17:563 (2) - A clap at this slider's end would fit pretty good actually,and it would follow the drums,like you did with the previous sliders. Why don't you add it here? The same applies for 00:13:173 (4) -
00:55:612 (1) - Move the new combo at 00:55:978 (2) - and delete the one at 00:57:075 (1) - . Rhythm-wise this makes much more sense.
01:15:734 (2) - Make a little curve on the right to encircle 01:16:831 (1) - ,just like in this picture?
01:39:148 (3) - Put a combo here to follow the rhythm and to keep the consistency with the previous patterns

After some consideration I changed some parts (that are 1/4s in the music natrually) from 1/6+1/3 back to 1/4, but a few pairs of 1/3 + 1/6 still remains there as the main repetitive unit in the kiai time.

Your first kiai time in the beginner diff should end on 01:27:075 like the other diffs
The image "Kiri.png" of your SB is 859x374 and the maximum rankable SB's images is 800x600. From ranking criteria:

Storyboard images must be at a reasonable size for their usage. For most uses (e.g. full-screen images), the maximum is 800x600 pixels, although 640x480 is highly preferred. The editor is 640x480 at default, so there's really no need to use anything larger for full-screen purposes.

The maximum dimensions for tall or wide scrolling images are 640x1440 and 1920x480 respectively.

The SB in the taiko diff messes up the BG, and this needs to be fixed though
I talked with some other BATs/MATs and we think you should add a red line with offset: 122546 for the last circle, the actual one is too late
