00:08:782 (1) - There is an issue with the repeat slider, It's 5 beats. Why is this an issue? Well you have a stream leading right after this repeat slider, and with the 5 repeats it causes the player to have to start the stream on the offbeat (The blue tick) and that is very confusing at first glance and hard to play. (But that might just be me.) I suggest you make this a 4 beat repeat so that the stream can start on the white tick.
00:40:612 (1) - This area here is really killer on the HP drain, I almost failed here every time because of the harder jumps before and after the spinner. Add a few more combos in this section, it will help the player get his/her HP back up. (Example: 00:41:709 (7) - 00:43:904 (7) - and 00:46:099 (7) - To keep the to combo pattern you've been following.)
00:53:234 (7,8) - Stacks like this are really hard to read at times. I suggest you just make 7 a repeat and delete 8. Will serve for better readability.
00:55:978 (1,2,3) - This pattern is an issue too. The start of 3 is hidden so it's hard to tell when it starts, move it over some so we can at least see it's approach circle better? It really blends with 2's.
01:02:929 (1) - Remove NC, there is no reason for it and it's making this jump confusing to read.
01:03:660 (1,2,3) - This pattern just feels weird to play for me, Maybe do something like this: http://puu.sh/ORp5 I just reshaped 2 to a more curvy slider and added a repeat. Then move 3 over so 2 blankets it.
01:23:417 (1,2,3,4,5) - Put these notes closer together, they don't really fit with the rest of your streams you have.
01:38:691 (1) - Add a note on the red tick before this and stacked ontop of this note? I can hear why you are skipping the beat but when you do this you are just throwing all the flow out the window and making the player just stop in place and start up again for this odd note.
01:43:538 (1,2,3,4) - Again this stream does not fit with the rest of your streams.
01:47:929 (1,1,1) - These should be all one combo, this combo spam is just not needed.
[Twice's Hyper]
01:05:490 (5) - There is an issue with this stack. Notice on the slider before the stacked notes started on the red tick after the tail, but on this slider there is a pause and the stack starts on the white tick. The player is going to think the stack is starting on the red tick again and they will miss, i suggest you move this note out of the stack or add a note on the red tick.
[Boss' Normal]
00:12:075 (1,2) - Why did you all of a sudden change the spacing? You should keep Normals at one spacing level so the beginners don't get confused. Other than that it's a very clean normal and I don't see anything wrong.

00:09:880 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - These 2 combos don't fit the music very well because you are skipping those dramatic beats in the middle. Maybe make 1 into a slider that leads to 2 so you are not skipping that beat and you are fitting the music better. Or do something because these do not fit.

First things first change the SV to 1.4 There is NO reason a song that is 160+BPM needs 1.6 slider velocity, it is perfectly readable and playable at 1.4.
00:01:465 (2,3,4,5) - Try a different pattern for these 1/6 beats. dkdd feels really off to play, but the dkkd and dkdk you used work very well and feel more fitting to the song. Try kkkd and kddk aswell they work nicely and add some verity.
00:07:685 (40) - Remove this finish, there is no finish sound here.
00:21:953 (129) - Try making this a normal don. It flows a lot nicer into the next notes then a kat, and breaks up that long kat pattern you have going. Also this shouldn't be a finisher, there is no finish sound.
00:25:063 (152) - Try making this a don aswell, it helps you keep that k d k d k d structure you have going.
00:27:990 (173,174) - Try reversing these 2 notes, the d k serves as a better lead into ddk and feels more comfortable then k d.
00:30:734 (193) - Again there is no finisher sound here.
00:34:026 (217) - Try making this a don, all these long kat patterns you have really do not fit well. They might match the melody but they don't help the drum beat at all.
01:08:051 (390,391,392,393,394) - alright this is a big issue, this does not fit AT ALL. The 1/6 might fit a little bit but the 1/3 right after it do not fit at all and are very hard to play and understand because there are no 1/3 beats here. these are destroying your flow and are going to kill players accuracy. You need to change these to something more fitting. Yes, every time you did this needs to be changed.
01:15:734 (444,445,446,447,448,449) - All these notes with finishes in this pattern need to be removed, again there is no finish sound why are you adding finisher? I could understand if it was to emphasize the music but these finishers are not doing that.
I'll star for now and keep an eye out, but I think your insane and taiko need some more mods. Good luck.
