This is an observation, not a feature request.
Not really sure where to put this without being extreme, so I'll just move it to random for now. Since it was pretty random.

I'd still hate this move, personally. There are PLENTY of generic Beatmania/IIDX simulators out there. It also seems like it'd be unnecessarily complicated to translate osu to Beatmania.
Nah it'll just be Catch the Beat mode but with notes snapped into columns, and you press buttons. Or something.Mogsworth wrote:

It can satisfy those people who are not fully into osu!, but are enthralled with DDR, StepMania, beatmania IIDX, and the like. It can be some sort of practice thing...but I don't know, it would just also seem less osu! in the whole mix...though it's not like this special beat game mode will be a main or anything.
